They've been searching through the whole mansion. What they've found was a study room and workshop on the second floor. However, like most of the rooms it had a seal on it so they were forced to keep searching

After searching all of the second floor, they advanced to the third floor. The third floor only had a room. Inside was a 7-8 m wide exquisite and delicate magic formation engraved on the floor in the center of the room

The design was something they had never seen before. A rather splendid geometrical patterned formation and it looked like art

This was quickly analyzed by Ciel and reported it to Rimuru. After finding out it was safe, he ignored it and just acted surprised when they finnaly figured out what it accually is

On the other side of the magic formation was a figure sitting in a regal chair. The figure was a corpse. It was already been skeletonized and there was a stunning black robe embroidered with gold on its body. There was not a single stain on it indicating he wasn't killed

The corpse hung its head, while leaning on the chair. It had been decayed in that posture. To Hajime and Yue it was suspicious. What was it doing here? Why is there a random magic circle engraved there?

Of course, Rimuru who had analyzed everything already, stayed calm and just let the two do what they want

"...Suspicious....What do we do Hajime?"

Yue said. This person was probably one of the traitors. No signs of suffering could be seen on the figure that rested on the chair. It seemed like the figure was waiting for someone

"Brother?"

"Don't worry it's safe, i'll like to see what this room is about though" Rimuru replied

"Alright i'll go first"

There was no logic behind Hajime going first, accually since Rimuru is far stronger than them he should be the one to go first

But Hajime wanted to go first because he feels like if something interesting happends or monsters appear Rimuru will hog all the fun, Rimuru knew Hajime's reason on why he wants to go first so he let it go

Hajime stepped forward towards the magic formation. The moment he stepped into the center of the magic formation, a snow-white light flashes suddenly the room is dyed with the light

Rimuru didn't move while Hajime and Yue closed their eyes. It was due to the intensity, something invaded into their head immediately after

The lights soon started calming down while both Hajime and Yue started opening their eyes. in front of their eyes...was a young man in black clothing

The magic formation shines faintly and fills the room with a mysterious light. A young man was standing in front of them and if they looked closely the man was wearing the same robe as the corpse on the chair. Suddently the glowing man spoke

"You have arrived here after overcoming the trials. My name is Oscar Orcus. The person who created this dungeon. To make it easier for you to understand, they call me one of the traitors"

Seeing the creator of the dungeon himself speaking surprised the group but kept listening

"Please don't try asking any questions. This is only but a recording, so it really won't be able to answer your questions. But what i will leave you with is the truth...."

He then started telling his story. The story he told was much different from the one the church and Yue said. This of course shocked the group
