Blyther is all eyes to Zandreaj as she walks behind Xienlee, the bride. He feels so proud of his girlfriend not only that she looks so beautiful, so sexy and so smart in her dirty white mermaid cut bride's maid gown, but upon knowing that she isn't just her looks but with in her is an amazing woman every man would die for.
He blew her a loving kiss as she looked at him smiling while assisting Xienlee with her long trail. Zanther on his arms did the same.
It was a garden wedding where the matrimonial rites was done also in the reception area. The ceremony was so solemn and the air was dominated with love and sincerety from the bride and groom.
Just like the common modern-traditional wedding ceremony, it ended with the bride tossing her bouquet to the bride's maids. But to her surprise, Xienlee just handed her the bouquet with all smiles and hugged her lovingly.
When it was Dreigh's turn to toss the garter, he checked first where Blyther was standing before he threw it to his direction. He threw it up high to make sure Blyther will catch it first being the tallest among the groom's men. But as he was about to grasp it, another hand beside him took it.
Kunot-noong napalingon si Blyther sa katabi nya na may hawak ng garter na dapat ay nasalo nya. Hindi sya familiar sa lalaki na nakacasual lang sa suot nitong lee t-shirt na hakab sa dibdib nito at maong jeans na hakab din sa mga hita nito. Halos magkasing taas sila ni Blyther at kamata ito ni Dreigh na kumikislap-kislap kapag ngumingiti.
"I guess you want this bro?" Nakakalokong sabi nito kay Blyther habang nakalawit sa mga daliri nito ang garter.
"Oh yes! I was supposed to catch it till you appeared in the scene." Seryosong sabi ni Blyther. Hindi pueding hindi sa kanya mapunta ang garter na hawak nito.
"So, what can you offer in exchange of this?" Nanghahamong tanong ng lalaki sa kanya.
Si Dreigh ay naiiling habang pinapanuod ang eksena.
"What ever that pleasures you." Sagot ni Blyther.
"She's your sister, right?" Tanong nito habang tinuturo si Xinni na kalong si Zanther na ilang dipa lang ang layo mula sa kanila.
Tumango si Blyther na nakakunot-noo.
"How about your permission to date her?" Sumeryoso ang lalaki at diretsong nakatingin sa mga mata ni Blyther.
Napasinghap si Xinni.
"Yes she's my sister and she's a minor." Seryosong sagot din ni Blyther at mas matiim ang tingin nito sa mga mata ng lalaking kausap.
"Kuya I'm eighteen." Nagtawanan ang audience sa sinabi ni Xienlee.
"So you wanna date this man?" Tanong nito sa kapatid, hindi maitago ang amusement sa mata.
"Well, he's cute." Maiksing sagot ni Xinni at nagkibit balikat.
"No." Sagot ni Blyther.
"Kuya as if you have a choice." Nakataas ang kilay ni Xinni sa kanya.
Pabuntung-hiningang umokay si Blyther. Inabot ng lalaki ang garter dito at nakipagshake hands.
"Zxiann Janford Rojas bro, I am the groom's younger brother. good luck. At kumindat ito sa kanya.
"Good luck your self. You do not know what you're getting into. Nakangising sagot ni Blyther dito.
"Kuya!" May pagbabanta sa boses ni Xinni. Nginisihan lang ito ng lalaki habang kinukuha si Zanther mula sa pagkakakarga nya.
Ibinulsa ni Blyther ang garter, kinalong ang anak bago lumapit kay Zandreaj na nakaupo na sa harapan at hinihintay na isuot nya ang garter sa hita nito.
He knelt on one leg sitting Zanther on his tigh. Then he took the garter out from his pocket. But Zandrea's eyes widened in surprise upon seeing what's his holding. It's a diamond ring.
Inabot ng host ang microphone kay Blyther pero inagaw ni Zanther. And to everyone's amazement, even of his father, he spoke smartly.
"Will you marry my daddy momma?" Malambing na tanong nito sa ina.
Tulo ang luha ni Zandreaj na sumagot ng yes. Nagyakap ang tatlo habang nagpupunas ng luha ang karamihan sa audience.
"Why did you steal my moment son?" Nakatawang tanong ni Blyther sa anak hawak ang microphone.
"Just to be sure daddy, momma can't say no to me." Nakangising sagot ng bata.
Malakas na halakahakan ang umugong sa buong venue.
Nagpalakpakan ang lahat ng ikulong ni Blyther sa masuyong yakap at halik sa ulo si Zandreaj habang kalong ng babae ang kanilang anak. Inihilig naman ng babae ang pisngi sa didbib ng boyfriend.
