After his last conversation with June, Blyther keeps seeing the woman anywhere he goes. She's always there that she almost became his shadow. She's acting so nice, so sweet and concern to him. He was even surprised when she came into his training with bottled water and snacks. She even came close to him and dry his sweat on his face with her handkerchief.
She's acting like a girlfriend. He was so annoyed but because he is naturally nice, he just doesn't know how to treat a woman indifferently. He talks to her casually and even thanks her with her annoying gestures which made her think he likes what she's doing.
The next Saturday that he came to work, he was surprised when she clang to him as he entered the door. No one is around but the two of them.
He gently removed her hands from his neck and moved away from her.
"What's up?" Tanong ni Blyther habang hinahanap sa paikot ang ibang mga katrabaho.
"I gave them day off." Nakangiting sagot nito na muling bumitin sa kanyang leeg.
Muling hinawakan ni Blyther ang mga braso ni June para tanggalin sa leeg nya pero mahigpit na pinagcross ng babae ang mga kamay nito para hindi nya matanggal.
"Please June. Don't push me to disrespect you."
Nakita nyang nasaktan ang babae sa reaksyon nito pero sandali lang at nakangiti itong nagsalita.
"Why do you keep avoiding me, when in fact you like what I'm doing?" Diretsang tanong ni June sa kanya.
Naguguluhang napatingin si Blyther sa babae. Kailan nya sinabi ditong gusto nya ang ginagawa nito?
"You even thank me with my little nice gestures for you." Ani June.
Napailing si Blyther.
"But that doesn't mean I like you as how you want me to like you." Diretsong sagot ni Blyther ng mahinahon.
Sinubukan nya uling kumawala sa pagkakabitin ni June pero hindi ito matinag. Napabuga ng hangin si Blyther sa frustration.
Ngayon lang nya naranasang makipagdeal sa ganito kaliberated na babae at hindi nya alam kung papaano nya itong itatrato na hindi ito masasaktan pero hindi rin sya mamimisinterpret.
"Why don't you give me a try Vyrr?" Diretsong nakatingin sa mata nya si June.
Umiling si Blyther.
"Let go of me please." Mahinahong pakiusap nya sa babae.
Pero sahalip na bumitaw ay hinila sya nito para mapayuko sa kanya at mahalikan. pero higit na mabilis sa kanya si Blyther na mahigpit na nahawakan ang kanyang pisngi palayo sa mukha nito. Saka hinawakan ang kanyang dalawang braso at maingat pero pilit na inalis sa pagkakabitin sa kanyang leeg.
Walang nagawa si June kundi umagwat kay Blyther.
"Why do you despise me like that when all I do is care for you?" Insultong-insulto ang pakiramdam ni June sa ginawang pagiwas ni Blyther sa halik nya.
"Only Zandreaj owns my kisses and everything about me." Walang emosyon na sagot ni Blyther.
"Zandreaj, Zandreaj! Where the hell is Zandreaj?! She's not even here! I am the one who's here and is willing to love you! Why can't you see that?"
"Zandreaj loves me even she's miles away. She can make me feel loved enough that I don't need anyone near me to take care of me or love me."
"Bullshit!" Sigaw ni June na nawala na ang composure.
Tiningnan ito ng diretso ni Blyther bago nagsalita.
"I have told you already, I do not intend to look for anyone here to be with. I am not interested to be in any affair. I don't need anyone and I'm not gonna hurt Zandreaj."
Diretso ding tumingin si June sa kanya.
"But I intend to make you mine, and no Zandreaj could ever stop me from doing that." Matigas na sabi nito.
"In that case, I guess this will be my last day here." Sabi ni Blyther.
Natigilan saglit si June pero muling nagsalita.
"Then expect me to be near you wherever you go." May kasiguruhan sa tono nito.
Napailing si Blyther pero walang lingon-likod na tuluyan na itong umalis and he means it when he said it is his last day in this fast food house.
Pagpasok nya sa kwarto nya sa dormitory ay nagVC sya kay Zandreaj. Kailangan nyang makita ang girlfriend para mawala ang stress nya kay June.
Pagbungad ng mukha ni Zandreaj ay matamis syang ngumiti dito pero nangunot ang noo ng dalaga. Napatawa si Blyther, wala talaga syang pueding itago sa girlfriend. Alam nito if something is bothering him no matter how sweet his smiles are.
"That June is bothering you again?" Masuyong tanong ng girlfriend. Alam nito ang tungkol kay June dahil ayaw nyang maglihim sa babae. Isa sa agreement nila bago sya umalis ay ang tell no lies and keep no secrets. Kaya wala syang itinatago dito. Naniniwala sya na hindi maaapektuhan ni matithreaten si Zandreaj dahil may tiwala ito sa kanya.
Kinuwento ni Blyther kay Zandreaj ang nangyari kanina. Si Zandreaj ay naiiling
"She is annoying, I could almost forget my manners in dealing with her."
"Just keep your cool Vyb. She will one day realize that she is working to be just tired and end up for nothing."
"Thank you Mine, for your trust. I will never ever break that. I'll make sure everyday I am worthy of that." Masuyong sabi ni Blyther.
"I can not blame her for falling for you, just how I can not blame myself because you really are lovable Vyb. I love you so much." Ramdam na ramdam ni Blyther sa boses ni Zandreaj ang pagmamahal nito.
"No other woman will have my heart and the whole me Mine, but you alone." At ngumiti ng matamis si Blyther dito. Ginanti ni Zandreaj ng matamis ding halik sa screen ng camera nya ang ngiti ni Blyther.
Muli ay nafocus si Blyther sa rigid training nya para sa championship game na gaganapin 1 month from now before his second academic year ends. Isang buwan nalang at dalawang taon na sya dito sa US.
Hindi nya nakikita si June. Thankful sya na siguro ay natauhan na ang dalaga and finally gave up on her goal to win him.
