"You ready to do this?" He asked.

"As ready as I'll ever be." You answered.

Spencer held out his arm for you to take. You hooked your arm with his, smiling up at him. He walked you out to the car, opening the passenger door to help you in. He went around to the drivers side and got in. Soon enough you all were on your way to the wedding. You all made small talk and you soon forgot that you had to see your ex soon.

Once you pulled up in front of the wedding you felt nerves build in your stomach. You didn't want this to go bad. You just hoped that nothing went wrong. Spencer got out of the car and ran to open your door. He opened the door and held out his hand for you to take. You took it and he helped you out of the car. You both walked into the yard and took two seats that were open.

"I hope this goes well." You whispered.

"Me too. I don't know how it wouldn't." Spencer whispered back.

Looking around you saw a few women looking at Spencer. You narrowed your eyes at them, wondering if they cared that you were right next to him. They didn't seem to care so you laid your head on his shoulder. Spencer looked down at you, smiling at you.

"Gotta make it believable." You said.

"Ah, ok." Spencer laughed a little.

Really you were just jealous. You knew that any woman here could have him because you two were not really dating. You just hoped that no one figured that out. You looked over to the women who were staring to see them roll their eyes and look away. You smiled to yourself, glad that they got the hint.

Soon the wedding started. You watched as your ex and the girl he cheated on you with said their vows. They kissed when told to and ran down the aisle, smiling widely. You rolled your eyes at this. You really had no idea why you were here. Maybe to show that you had moved on to, even if you aren't really with Spencer.

Everyone was getting food and sitting at tables. You and Spencer were standing near the drink station when your ex and his new wife approached you. Spencer let his arm wrap around your waist when he saw them coming closer.

"Y/n, you came." Jared, your ex, said.

"I did. Jared, this is my boyfriend, Spencer." You said.

"How on earth can someone like you be dating someone like her?" Jared asked Spencer.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Spencer asked.

"It means she's hard to deal with. She's not the greatest partner." Jared answered.

"The only reason I wasn't the greatest partner for you was because you were too busy cheating to actually care for our relationship." You said.

"Oh, honey. I'm sorry he chose me. I guess you were too boring." His wife said, fake sadness in her voice.

You felt anger build in you. You turned to the table of drinks, grabbing the one closest to you. It happened to be a very red drink and you poured it down the front of her dress. You watched as the white dress turned a crimson red. She gasped, tears building in her eyes.

"Take that for boring." You said.

You dropped the cup, grabbing Spencer's hand and running towards the exit. You were laughing the whole time. You listened to the hustle behind you, people trying to comfort the bride. You stopped out front of the exit, hugging Spencer. He held you to his chest, laughing into your hair.

You looked up at him, resting your chin on his chest. He smiled down at you and you couldn't help but to melt at his smile. He leaned his head down closer to you, pausing to let you close the gap. You raised up on your tippy toes, closing the gap. His lips were soft. He kissed you softly, bringing his hand up to cup your face.

The kiss was interrupted when you heard someone yell. You turned your head to see the bride running towards you. Spencer grabbed your hand this time, pulling you to his car. He helped you in, running to get into the car. He started it and pulled out of the parking lot before he even put on his seatbelt. You both were laughing while you watched as the bride tried to chase the car. Once out of the parking lot he put his seatbelt on, reaching over to grab your hand. He brought your hand to his lips kissing the back of it.

"I really like you, you know?" Spencer asked.

"I know. I really like you too." You answered.

"How would you feel about going on a date with me?" Spencer asked.

"It sounds like it would be a fun time. I would like to learn if the Spencer Reid is a romantic." You said.

"Well you will find out on Saturday at 5." Spencer said.

"Sounds good." You said.

Spencer dropped you off at your house, kissing you once more before leaving. Once you got into your house you squealed really loud. You felt like a teenage girl again. You changed out of your dress, putting on the clothes you usually wear to bed.

Third Person POV:

When you and Spencer walked into the bullpen the next day everyone was ready to ask questions. They wanted to know how it went at the wedding. Morgan, Garcia, Emily and JJ crowded you two. Hotch and Rossi stayed in their offices, not really caring.

"What happened?" Garcia asked.

"Wow. No hello guys?" You teased.

"No, now spill." Garcia demanded.

"Ok, well we went to the wedding. After they did the ceremony they came to talk to us. My ex tried saying I was hard to put up with. When I told him that it was probably because he was out cheating his wife said she was sorry that I was boring and that he chose her. I poured a drink on her dress and we ran out of the wedding." You explained.

You bit your lip to keep from laughing at their surprised expression. You looked over at Spencer who was smiling so wide the corners of his eyes crinkled up.

"Wow. Didn't know you had it in you." Derek said.

"Dang it. I really wanted something to happen between you and Spencer." Garcia pouted.

"Sorry Garcia. Guess dreams don't come true." You teased.

"Or maybe they do." Spencer added.

The four profilers that surrounded you two gasped, their eyes going wide.

"That was really smooth." You said.

"What happened? You can't just not tell us." JJ exclaimed.

"I mean we can just go on with life and not tell you all." You said.

"No. You can't do that to us. It will kill Garcia." Emily said.

"All that happened was we kissed when we got away from the angry bride." You said.

Garcia practically screamed with excitement. She jumped up and down, clapping her hands, her bracelet covered wrist making lots of noise.

"Calm down Garcia." Spencer said.

"No, never. I won. I won the bet." She squealed.

The other team members were in the process of giving Garcia the money that she won. You shook your head and walked away from the group. Spencer did the same, going to his desk. He smiled over at you and went to work. You knew that this was going to be a good thing.
