Chapter 13: "Apologies"

A/N: Sorry to keep you all waiting!! Also there is usage of another language here, I'm sorry of it's not accurate. I used a translator app. I'm only fluent in spanish (first language) and english. But, I really wanted to include other languages so that the members would each have their own knowledge. It also plays a big role.

The next day the Stray Kids pack were at the Ateez house first thing in the morning. Seonghwa, Hongjoong and the rest of the pack were already waiting for them. They had barely been able to sleep, too worried about their member.

"Hi, I hope you don't mind we kind of took the offer of coming over first thing in the morning. To be honest we could hardly sleep last night." Hyunjin spoke. 

"Don't worry, I made the offer for a reason. I know that if it were one of our members I'd be just as anxious. Did you guys eat breakfast?" Seonghwa asked.

The stray kids luna sheepishly nodded his head no. They were so caught up on getting there as soon as possible that none of them stopped to think about breakfast. Now that they were there they realized they hadn't eaten anything.

"It's alright. I figured you hadn't eaten anything yet. Don't worry tho, I asked Wooyoungie to make extra just in case for all of you. Come on over to the dining room so we can all eat together while we wait for Felix to wake up" the Ateez luna spoke.

All of the SKZ members walked after Seonghwa to the dining room where the rest of Ateez was sitting waiting for them. Once there they sat on the other side of the table where there were four extra chairs. 

"I'm sorry we don't have enough chairs. Since it's always been the eight of us, we didn't really see the need for extra chairs, but now I'm thinking we should get some just in case" Hongjoong said. 

"No worries, you've already been so kind to us. I'm sure my members wouldn't mind sharing with their mates" Changbin spoke while looking directly at his pack mates.

All of them nodded and made their way to the chairs. Changbin sat down first and Hyunjin sat on his lap. Then it was Chan who pulled Jisung down on his lap. Jeongin sat down and shyly pulled Seungmin towards his lap and lastly was Minho who had no one on his lap due to Felix being asleep. 

They all ate breakfast while having small conversations to keep the mood light. They were all waiting for the SKZ omega to wake up. After eating breakfast they all moved towards the living room where everyone sat on the couches and floor with their mates. 

"So, I see you finally managed to get them together" Seonghwa spoke gesturing to Jisung and Chan. 

Both males blushed while Jisung got a bit shy.

"Yeah, it took us a while for them to get to where they are today, but they've finally started healing. I also see one of your omegas sporting a fancy engagement ring" Hyunjin teased.

"Ah yes, Jongho decided it was finally time to propose to Yeosang. After all they are the couple who had been toghether the longest out of everyone here" Seonghwa answered. 

"The longest? Even before you and Hongjoong?" Hyunjin asked. 

"Yes. The actually knew they were mates as soon as they presented in their old pack. They just hadn't engaged in a romantic relationship because they weren't ready" Seonghwa spoke while glancing at Jongho and Yeosang who were cuddling with the older sat on the youngers lap. 

"Wow, that young! I wish I could've known Changbin was my mate at that age, maybe things would've turned out differently. But, at the same time I'm ok with how things turned out because now I have my own family" Hyunjin smiled.
