The idea was tempting. Sierra wondered what Jonas' reaction would be if she whispered, "I want to make love to you all night long."

Then the thought of her father rolling in his grave popped up, throwing ice on Sierra's naughty ideas.

"So?"

"Jonas, please, don't push me intoㅡ."

"Will Sir and Madam have some refreshments?"

Of all the flight attendants on the plane, the woman who served the drinks was the only one Sierra did not want to tend to them.

The woman's eyes chased Jonas's stare from the moment they got on the plane. The proximity and complicity between Sierra and Jonas did not seem to bother her. And now Sierra's kinky thoughts made her thirsty. The stewardess' question saved her from spilling out her embarrassing wish.

"Yes, I'll haveㅡ."

"My wife and I will have a glass of champagne," Jonas said, interrupting her.

"Oh,ㅡokay, sir."

The stewardess' stare glitched as her eyelids twitched before darting, and her face flushed red.

Sierra, who intended gesturing her ring finger to make the woman back down, remained mouth agape at Jonas's statement. One because the information was accurate, two because it was the first time she heard the word wife in his mouth, and three because it was a clear stop sign intended for the stewardess.

The flight attendant immediately regained composure and a professional face as she prepared their drinks.

"Jonas."

"Yes, Mrs. Potsmann."

The words were like cupid's arrow to the heart. Never did Sierra see herself bearing his name, and it made her cheeks rise instantly.

"Jonas."

"Yes, Mrs. Potsmann."

She tapped on his arm, "stop it."

"Why? I like it," Jonas replied.

"It's just; it's all-new."

Her husband smiled, "well, the sooner you get used to it, the better."

Jonas stared at Sierra intensely; it was one of those moments where lips burned to kiss the other.

The destination was the Fiji Islands. Jonas wanted a warm place. They both agreed the year was a marathon and that relaxation was the password to their honeymoon.

Jonas had spent hours scrutinizing the world on the Internet to find the perfect destination when Sierra was back in France preparing her departure. He nailed the list down to five: Bali, Buenos Aire, Cap Verde, Bora Bora, and Chilly till the very last minute, the man wasn't sure. His desire to pick somewhere Sierra would love was so great the man ended up doubting.

Finally, he chose a random destination, an outsider to his top five list, and crossed his fingers.

The adrenaline and stress of the year began to diminish, and the man allowed himself to drift off and sleep. Sierra observed him; she recognized Jonas had a rough year, and she was part of the issues that tormented him. Her indecision and constant denial concerning her feelings made him suffer.

She promised herself she'd do her best to bring him happiness. She caressed his hairline; he didn't budge. He was in a deep sleep; she leaned and kissed him on the cheek, "I love you."

"I love you, Sierra," he returned.

Even in the abyss of his dreams, the man heard her.

It wasn't long before Sierra dozed off and only to wake up at the announcement.
