༄Four months later༄
"B-baby wake up" Iona said shaking me
I jump out of my sleep and look at her to see her crying
"Baby what's wrong what happened" i asked her
"My water broke I think" Iona said.
"W-what do I do" i say getting up and slipping on a pair of pants and t shirt
"I think going into labor" she said
I felt like I was about to pass out when she said those four words
"DO YOU WANT ME TO HAVE THIS BABY ON THIS BED SKYLAR!" Iona's yelled at me
"N-no" i say not know what to do
"Then get the diaper bag call Alania or whoever and let me know I'm in labor and they need to watch Noah" she says getting up and walking slowly
"UGH!" She screamed holding her stomach. I look at her and see blood on her white shorts
"Your bleeding oh my god" i say running to her and picking her up she's wraps her arms around me and cries into my neck
"I-I d-dont want t-to lose o-our b-baby Skylar" Iona says crying
I rush her out to the car before running back inside and getting Noah
"Come on Noah mommy's in labor" i say picking him up and putting him in The back seat of the car.
Jumping in the car i push the start button and drive out the drive way

"UGH FUCK" Iona yells clutching her stomach.
"Where Almost there baby" i say my eyes watering seeing her in pain
"S-Skylar I think I'm going to pass out" Iona says weekly
"N-NO STAY AWAKE....you have to stay awake I" i say grabbing her hand before pressing on the gas.
"I-I can't sky I'm sorry" iona says before closing her eyes
"N-no n-no wake up Iona" i shake her with my hand trying to keep my eyes on the road
"W-what's wrong with mommy" Noah sobs leaning over towards the front seat and taking Iona's limp head into his hands
"Noah take two fingers and press them against the side of here throat and tell me if you feel a pulse" i say he's a smart boy for his age he knows how to check a pulse right..?
"I can't feel anything" he says making me sob.
Finally we get to hospital I take Iona's lips body in my arms and rush her into the Hospital Noah's follows behind
"My fiancé she's pregnant and she isn't breathing she needs help" i yell making my way into the hospital
"WE NEED A GERNEE" a nurse yells as doctors come rushing with a genre a nurse takes Iona's body and places it on the bed I was about to go with her when they stop me
"I'm sorry ma'am you can't go back with her"
"Why can't I" I say crying
"Because you can't I'm sorry. I'll let you know when she's stable"
"Please save my mommy" Noah says looking at the doctor. The Doctor was about the say something when another doctor called out for her.
"please be ok iona" I thought

(Hours later)
"Skylar sit down" Ezra said to me while in pacing back and fourth
"How can I sit down when my fiancé and daughter is in there she could be dead for all I know Ezra!"
Ezra didn't say anything but look down
I called Alania and Gemma are on there way along with Lan.
Abby gave Noah her phone to distract him.
"I can't lose her Ezra I-I c-can't she's all I have" i say sobbing I feel two arms wrap around me I look to see my mom. I wrap my arms around her and let all my tears break free with a sob.
I started to hyperventilate my breathing getting heavier along with my cries
"Skylar breath" Gemma says holding my face. I start to see black spots in my vision before my knees go weak
Gemma catches me before I can fall. "Skylar breath here" she said worried handing me a water bottle. I drink the whole water bottle and I feel my eyes start to shut and I let them.

I'm a woken by someone stroking my hair I look up to see Iona she's looking down at me smiling she has white angel wings glowing behind her
"Hi my love" she says i Sit up and look around the room. The room a white.
"Where am I and why do you have angel wings" I asked confused
"You have to let me go" she said softly looking at me with she beautiful green eyes
"Let you go what do you mean"
"I'm going to heaven. I left you a beautiful daughter I want you to name her ok" Iona says kissing me passionately before getting up and walking into the light
"Wait no don't leave me" i say trying to get up after her but she was already gone.
