Battle of Fairy Tail Part 5 Finale

Lightning and thunder rumbled in the background at Kardia Cathedral. Within the the church it shows two combatants. One was Fairy Tail's Thunder God Laxus Dreyar and the other was Fairy Tail's Dragon Lord Drake Blaze. The two dragon slayers stared each other down. Laxus teeth gritted, veins bulging, eye twitching, the as he glares at the relentless obstacle that no matter how many times it got beat down it always got back the stood in his path. His path to take Fairy Tail as his own and become it's master. While Drake stares down Laxus though unlike Laxus his glare was a calm scowl. But not only that but also a look of pity and disappointment. Laxus was one of Fairy Tail's finest, now to see him fall so far disappointed him. But in Laxus's eyes he saw Drake as nothing but nuisance that always challenged him.

Laxus: (seething) Why?

He always got in his way

Laxus: (seething raising voice) Why?

A dragon slayer that kept defending these weaklings!

Laxus: WHY?

A dragon slayer that rather keep Fairy Tail the way it is. Weak, full of weaklings, and nothing but a joke. And that pissed him off!

Laxus: (roaring) WHY WON'T YOU JUST DIE?!

Drake was hurt, his legs felt weak, he felt a hundred times worse than he did earlier. He was also still losing a lot of blood from his wounds. But despite the pain, despite the blood lost, and despite him just wanting to just black out. He stood his ground and took a battle stance.

Drake: You know why.

Those were the only words that needed to be said from. As the two slayer launched towards one another. Drake was the first to throw the first punch but Laxus blocked it with his left forearm. He threw right hook at Drake but the latter managed to duck to the ground. He was on hands and feet before he springs himself up and headbutt Laxus under his chin. This makes him stumble back a bit but he regains his bearings. He throws a lightning powered punch in Drake abdomen making him cough up blood and fall to his knees.

Before Drake could recover Laxus kicked him in the face sending him rolling across the ground. Drake falls on his side and groans he then looked up and his eyes widened. Laxus was free falling towards Drake with both his fist coated in lightning. Drake is quick to react and rolls out of the way, once he did both Laxus's fist crash into the ground making a massive boom and kicking up dust. Drake leaps onto to his feet and looked towards were Laxus crashed. When the dust cleared it reveals Laxus pulling his arms out of the ground and balling them up earning a crack from both.

On the side it shows Natsu, Gajeel, and Levy, Natsu was holding a still paralyzed Dex. While Gajeel had to drag a still paralyzed Arong. Levy had a look of fear and worry, in his condition Drake looked like he was losing ground.

Levy: Drake, please be careful!

Back with the fight between Drake and Laxus, Drake was panting heavily and in a fighting stance. While Laxus walked out of the crater he made and start walking towards Drake.

Laxus: What's wrong runt? You're not out of steam yet are you?

Drake: (panting) I'm still standing ain't I?

Laxus: Not for long!

Before Drake could react Laxus grabbed him by his face and held him out while running.
