Hermiones POV:
As soon as the door opened I was in his arms before he could negotiate, "They can't expel you Harry they simply can't! I've done some research magic is allowed in the use of self defense!" I said frantically, "Let the man breathe Hermione gosh!" Said Ron a hint of annoyance in his voice. I wonder why he was so upset, probably because I beat him to the door. When I finally let go of him it was a relief looking into his gorgeous green eyes.

He smiled at me and my heart fluttered his jet black hair messy. Suddenly there was a loud pop and Fred and George were there, "Hello Harry!" They said in unison as they always did. Suddenly there was a knock on the door l, "I'll get it." Said Ron, "Oh it's you..." he said a hint of disappointment in his voice, "No need to act all happy about it." Said Avery. She was Harry's older sister but like me her age put us all in the same year. She was also a former death eater, when she was 6, "Anyways Mrs. Weasley sent me I just got out the meeting and she says it's time for dinner. Also make sure you get Ginny no need for her to be late again." She said thoughtfully before leaving, "God I hate her!" Said Ron, "Oh can it everyone deserves a second chance" I said before heading to go grab Ginny and head to dinner.

Harry's POV:
Hermione had just walked out of the room to grab Ginny for dinner so me and Ron walked downstairs and the twins apparated. The first person I saw made me so happy I can't even describe it, "Sirius!" I yelled embracing him immediately, "Harry my boy!" He said with just as much excitement. Just then Avery walked past shrugging away from the group hug Sirius was trying to form, "What's got you all upset?" He asked with total innocence, "You!" She said though she kept her voice calm I had a feeling she felt like screaming.

"Whatever." Said Sirius, leaving my side and heading upstairs.

We all went down for dinner and I couldn't be happier I was with my friends and my family, even though Avery didn't really consider me her brother. She always said and I quote, "Family isn't blood." Which is very true in a way.

"Hello Harry!" Said Ginny cheerfully. Good to know she can finally talk to me without turning all red. "Hello!" I said just as cheerful.

After dinner Hermiones POV;
Harry looked so handsome as he offered Mrs. Weasley help with cleaning up dinner, "No thanks dear. You, Ron, Hermione, and Avery need to catch up I've got it don't worry!" She said happily. When I tell you Avery looked mad I mean it she doesn't exactly like us so I can't really blame her.

When we got upstairs the first thing to be said was, "You three catch up, just make sure she thinks I was with you when you were doing it. Please!" Said Avery thorough gritted teeth, "Fine!" Said Ron. I can tell that we didn't need her she would only slow down our catching up.

Harry's POV

The next few weeks went by in a flash eating, cleaning, talking, laughing and learning. And before we knew it it was the night before we headed back to Hogwarts.

We had found out that Hermione, Ron and I were all made Prefects for Gryffindor as well as Avery for Slytherin. Normally there were only two but this year they decided to do three I wonder why.

The next morning was hectic making sure everyone was packed and ready.

"Hurry!" Called Avery. We were about to be late it was 10:50 when we arrived and we had to run to make it to the Hogwarts Express on time.

After calling our goodbyes and saying a separate goodbye to Sirius we were off. They wanted us in the the Prefect Carriage this year they had too have two to fit us all. We ended up with the Ravenclaws which is good cause we're friends. Slytherins and Hufflepuffs are close friends as well I think that's why we ended up with Ravenclaw.

They didn't know either why there was 3 Prefects in each house this year. Which didn't comfort me at all.

Even though it was early Hermione still looked breathtakingly beautiful, "Do you need something Harry you look worried?" She said when they finally got to leave the Prefect carriage, "Oh me I'm fine!" I said dazed, "Oh well you were watching me quite closely" She said while blushing why did she have to be so darn cute. I started to blush as well, "Ummmm no sorry I just spaced out!" I said my voice an octave or two too high, "Oh ok..." She said. She actually looked kind of sad like she was expecting me to say something else.

I can't believe I didn't have the guts to ask the girl I liked out. I mean for crying out loud I've survived Voldemort twice, faced a Basilisk with no help at all except for the sword, helped an escaped convict to freedom and helped save Buckbeak, and to top it all off watched Cedric die last year and won the Triwizatd tournament. But I still can't ask a girl out wow that's a great look for the chosen one.

Thank you guys for taking the time to read this lemme know if you want another chapter or if you have any ideas I was thinking of dedicating a whole chapter to Avery's backstory what do you guys think lemme know in the comments!
