Felix came to see me later that day. He went to kiss me when he came in. I pulled back and looked down. He looked confused, but sat down beside me on the bed anyways.
"I have to find somewhere else to live." He told me. "Otherwise I'll have to go back to London." "Maybe you should go back to London.." I said. I didn't believe it, but this way he wouldn't get hurt. He looked straight into my eyes. I saw the hurt in them. I looked away.
"Somethings wrong." He said. "Please talk to me." I shook my head. A tear went down my cheek. "I-I think we should break up..." I said.
He must not have been expecting that, because his mouth dropped open. Tears started coming down on his face. "No, please, whatever I did, I'll change!" He said. I just shook my head. "You can't fix this." I said. I looked away.
He got up and left the room without saying goodbye. As soon as the door closed behind him, the tears started coming down. Faster and faster.
"Are you happy!" I yelled into the air. "Not quite." Said a voice. I wasn't expecting a response. Madame papillon was back.
"What do you want now?" I asked. "I want you to break off any friendships you have. No exceptions." She told me. My heart dropped. I wanted to say no but then someone would get hurt.I nodded. She left again.
Time skip.
Adrien walked into my room. "Why did you break up with Felix? He really loves you, you know." He said. "It isn't any of your business!" I snapped. "What do you want from me anyway? You going to do the same thing your father did to me? You didn't lose the miraculous did you? You just want to bring hawkmoth back!"
Every word I just said was a lie. A lump formed in my throat. He looked at me full of hurt. "I would never do that!" He snapped back. "Get out!" I said, "I don't want you coming back. Don't ever speak to me!" He left. I saw a tear run down his cheek. How many more times will I have to do this? If it weren't for Adrien, id probably be dead.
Time skip.
The door opened. In came almost the whole class. "What the hell do you guys want?" I asked. They looked taken aback. "I don't want any of your pity! Leave me alone and don't speak to me. It's not like we're friends anyway!" I saw the hurt on their faces. Slowly, they started leaving the room. Marinette was the last one there.
"Why would you say that, y/n?" She asked. "Don't think I wasn't talking to you too!" I said. "I'll be finding somewhere else to live." She looked down. "Ok y/n. Whatever you say." She said, and she left.
That was everyone. "Good job, y/n." Said madame papillon. "Where will I be able to stay?" I asked. "You will be coming with me. You'll be doing my dirty work. You will do anything I ask you to." I nod. And she leaves once again.
Time skip.
As I left the hospital the next morning, I saw there was a car waiting for me. It drove me away from the hospital, and dropped me off by an alley way.
I saw madame papillon waiting for me in the alley. "Follow me." She said. I trailed behind her until we stopped. We were at an entrance to the sewer. She lead me down, instead of a sewer, we were in a room. Like a house underground. This must be where I'm staying.
"Your room is down the hall, to the left. She said. "There is a bathroom attached to it. Do not enter any other room without my permission. I have some things to take care of. I'll be back soon." I nodded. I rushed over to my room and closed the door.
The room was a mess. Piles of junk everywhere. It smelled horrible as well. The blankets were stained. I looked in the bathroom. Everything needed a scrub down in there. Luckily, I found some cleaning supplies in the corner. I started getting to work.
Felix's Mom P.O.V.
Felix had texted me earlier that day telling me he'll be coming home. He was supposed to stay another little while. He wouldn't tell me why he was coming home.
His train was going to arrive soon, so I was getting ready to go pick him up when I got a text.
FELIX: I CHANGED MY MIND. ILL BE STAYING AFTER ALL.
I was glad he decided to give Paris another shot. Even though that meant I wouldn't be able to see him yet. But I'm busy with work all the time anyway, so it would be better for him to stay there.
Adrien P.O.V.
Felix chose to leave Paris today. I said goodbye to him at the train station. I guess that he couldn't stand to see y/n anytime soon. She broke his heart. He said he'd text me when he finally got home. My phone buzzed.
FELIX: IM HOME SAFE. MY MOM SAYS HI.
I was glad he got home safe. It's a lot safer there for him then here anyway. He's been through so much and I think he definitely needed a break. However I was still sad to see him go.
