At Avu's house, in her room

Avi was sleeping peacefully with the comforter wrapped around her. She was in the middle of her sweet sweet dreams where she could hear her name being called in a sweet melodious voice

"Muskan!"

Suddenly she was drenched with an entire jug of water. She woke up with a jerk 

Avu: What happened? Is it raining in my room?

She looked around and found her mom standing beside her bed with her arms folded to her chest and glaring t her. She gulped in nervousness

S.A: How long have I been waking you up? For the past half an hour!

Avi: Oh, it was your voice mom?

S.A: No, some angel came to sing you a melodious song of your name. It's 12 already!

Avi: 12 already? How can I sleep so long?

S.A: If you spend the entire night watching Netflix and chatting to your "Bandar" obviously this will happen!

Avi didn't reply and smiled sheepishly

S.A: Now will you get out of bed darling?

Avu nodded and went to the washroom to freshen up

She came downstairs after changing, to have breakfast. Her mom served her and sat down opposite her. She already had her breakfast. Avi was caught up in her phone while eating

S.A: Muskan, I was thinking...

She saw Avu was not paying attention, which annoyed her

S.A: Muskan! Put down your phone!

She shouted, not too loud but loud enough to grab her attention. Avu quickly kept it down

Avi: Yes mom, you were saying something?

S.A: Haan, I was thinking how about we invite Sid and his family for dinner tonight?

Avi: Tonight? I don't know...I mean yea ok!

She was excited but didn't want to show so she tried to act as normal as she could

Avi: So mom, will you like...discuss something with his mom. Like...about me and Sid?

S.A: Umm...we'll see. First I want to meet his mom and dad and know his family backgrounds

Avi: But mom, he doesn't have his dad. He happened to pass away a long time ago

S.A: Oh! I'm sorry, I didn't know that. Why didn't you tell me earlier?

Avi: I thought I told you

S.A: You can't tell me all at once, right? That day at the airport, I got to know that your boyfriend's name is Siddharth or you only called him Bandar

Avi: Oops! That's because till then we were only friends so I didn't speak a lot about hi to you. But mom now you can meet them yourself

S.A: That's why I'm inviting them. Call him right now and tell them-

Avu already dialed the number and called him. S.A facepalmed and cleared the table, while she talked to him. After that, she went to her room to complete her office work and her mom went to the kitchen

Later at night, 

Avi was picking a good dress to wear. It took her 2 hours to decide until her mom came in and closed the case within minutes. Later, she went to help her mom. But her mind was captivated in waiting for Sid

Avu's POV

Buddhu! Where is he? 

I know I'm getting too over-excited but I can't help. I can't wait to introduce mom to aunty. FINALLY!

Since that time mom asked me to invite them, I can't concentrate on anything else. But I won't show mom or she'll think I'm being desperate

But for now, god knows where that idiot is?

POV Ends

She was glancing at the clock when she heard the doorbell. Her mom looked at her and before she could ask her to open the door, Avu ran off already She opened the door and saw V.A and Sid standing. Abhi and Vaish weren't able to join

Avu: Hi aunty!

V.A: Hi sweety!

They hugged each other. Then Sidneet hugged each other and Sid gently pecked her cheek, making her blush

Avi: Come in Aunty!

She lead them to the main hall and they settled on the couch. Two minutes later, her mom came out with glasses of juice. Since the kitchen was behind the couch, she couldn't see Sid's and V.A's faces

Avu: Mom's here!

Avu saw her mom and said. Sid and V.A turned around to see her. Vibha aunty and Sonia aunty made an ee contact and suddenly the entire tray of juice fell from S.A's hands. Avi ran to her mom. V.A also quickly stood up, facing her. They both were numb and shocked

"Sonia?"

"Vibha?"

They grasped and murmured to themselves. Sidneet looked at each other in confusion
