They hung the call.

Abhi: Sorry guys. Mummy was just carried away in the talk. 

Sid: Yeah. I hope you don't mind. Just try to forget what she said

Avu: Relax, it's okay guys. We know she was probably just joking

Vaish: But your mom is very sweet. 

Avu: I know right. Aunty was so kind to us. Can't understand how can a bandar like this have such a sweet and cute mom

Sid: Shut up!

They chit- chatted for a log time until it was time to go home. VaishNeet came back home. Both went to their rooms to freshen up. In Vaish's room, she changed into her night suit and lying down on her bed

Vaish's POV:

I think I have to tell Avu now. Only she can help me. I can't hide my feelings anymore. Yes Vaishu, You can do it.

Let me call her and check if she's already asleep

She called Avu, who was already asleep. She somewhat picked the call.

Vaish: Avu are you sleeping?

Avu: Di, you literally woke me up in the middle of my sleep to ask me if I'm sleeping?

Vaish: Oh shit, sorry. It's OK, you can go back to sleep

Avu: Ok, but is everything alright?

Vaish: Umm...no..I mean, yeah. You can sleep

Avu: No, now I'm already out of my sleep. You sure you're alright? You need my help?

Vaish: Fine. Can you come to my room?

Avu: Now?

Vaish: Hmm

Avu: K, I'm comin'

Few minutes later, Avu came to Vaish's room and sat beside her on the bed. She could see the distress on Vaish's face. She took her hands in her own hands.

Avu: Are you okay di?

Vaish: Avu...I'm feeling scared

Avu: Scared? How can a ghost feel scared?

Vaish: Shut up! I'm not scared. I'm nervous

Avu: Why, what happened? Aunty- Uncle, everyone's fine right? 

Vaish: Yea they are good. It's something else that is disturbing

Avu: Tell me, what is it?

Vaish became silent. She was feeling nervous as well as excited. Avu was getting curious to know. She shaked her.

Avu: Di?

Vaish: Actually, I want to confess something

Avu: Di please tell clearly. I'm making so many assumptions now

Vaish took a deep breath, closed her eyes and said.

Vaish: I think I'm in love!

Avu heard this and jumped out of the bed. She couldn't believe her ears.

Avu: Think? You ARE! You are surley in love with Abhi dada

Vaish: How can you say so confidently?

Avu: Because I'm sure. That's what me and madoo had been trying to make you and dada realize about.

Vaish was confused. Avu calmed down and took a seat beside her. 

Avu: Let's take a test. Now tell me, how do feel when he is around?

Vaish: I feel happy and safe around him

Avu: Second question, how do you feel when he is NOT around?

Vaish: I feel restless. My eyes search for him everywhere.

Avu: Perfect! Third question, what makes you feel that you LOVE him?

Vaish: I feel attracted to him. I don't know what makes him so special for me but ever since we met, it feels like my heart has settled on him. I miss him every time- every where.

Avu: That's it! YOU ARE IN L.O.V.E!

Avu shouted and hugged Vaish.

Vaish: Yes, I am!

She shouted and hugged back. Avu broke the hug and started dancing around.

Avu: My di is in love! My bestie is in love! My sista is in love!

They danced together for next few minutes. After getting tired, they calmed down. they settled on the bed.

Avu: Wow, this is my best night uptill now!

Vaish: Mine too, I guess!

Avu: Obviously. But now you will leave me!

She pouted in disappointment

Vaish: Why? Who said?

Avu: You will soon get married and then leave me!

Vaish: What?

Avu: You will not get married? then what is the point of you being in love?

Vaish: Dude you are going too far. I still don't know if Abhi loves me too

Avu: Don't worry. We can go and ask him

Vaish: At this time

Avu: Then let me call him

Vaish: Nahi pagal. How can we ask him like that?

Avu: By our mouths!

Vaish: I mean, what if he does not. If he rejects me, we will never be able to face each other. Our friendship will end on spot and I don't want to loose a friend like him

Vaish nodded. Avu thught for a minute
