As I walked out of the classroom, I noticed the constant glares, they didn't even dissimulate it anyways. My arm was heavily bandaged and had a cast around it, so it's not like they were not going to notice. Still, I can tell some of the glares hide behind, I'm sure a lot of them think that I was beaten up by someone else.

How would they react if they knew that I did this to myself?

Whatever, I'm not in the mood to think about that. I have around two free hours, so I might as well go and eat something in the cafeteria.

I walked through the hallways of the building until I reached the stairs to go to the base floor, still not paying much attention to my surroundings, at least until I saw a vending machine right beside the base of the stairs, so why not?

Before I could approach the machine though, something pushed me from behind.

A lot of pain ran through my entire system as my injured arm was the first thing that hit the floor, being crushed against the ground by my entire body. Trying not to scream in pain, I managed to keep some composure by biting my lips.

For a moment I thought someone was trying to mess with me, until I noticed some weight on my back.

My eyes wandered around for a moment, seeing a backpack on the ground not too far away from here. It was partially opened, so I could notice how some electronic devices and notebooks were scattered on the ground.

Then a feminine voice made some grunts of pain behind me.

???: Ouch... I can't believe I fell down the stairs like tha- Oh my god! Are you alright?!

I felt how the girl behind me stopped pressing me against the ground, she stood up and moved in front of me to try and help me stand up. As she tried to help herself, I used my good arm to support myself on her shoulder, standing up still with a lot of pain in my injured arm. As I turned to face her, I encountered myself looking at a really cute girl. Her hair was of a showy pink color, long and curly that reached all the way to her waist, bright azure eyes with a certain spark in them and... apparently a very stupid brain.

???: Oh my god your arm you were injured and I ended up falling on top of you are you really okay we can go to the infirmary if it hurts too much or maybe I should take you to the hospital or-

Me: Stop, your rambling is worse than this pain, I'm fine, I had worse.

Luckily, there wasn't anything fragile in my backpack at the moment, and even if it was, it wouldn't be a problem for me. I took a second to adjust the backpack and then started to walk away from her, not even turning to see the vending machine.

But then I stopped for a moment, turning around to see her looking at the ground  before starting to grab all her stuff. She looked at them disheartened, so, I guess I'm not the only one with a lot of shit going on in their life. But it's not my businesses at all anyways.

She reached for her laptop, a very small model, actually, it looked very old too. She must had bought it at a very cheap price then, she doesn't have that much money apparently.

???: Oh no...

I didn't care and kept walking towards the exit, trying to ignore the incident. My head is already all over the place so the last thing I need is to meet another person and forming some sort of relationship with them. Last time I did that, a fucking assassin almost got me.

So, I walked outside of the building, and I'm really not feeling it today. I turned to see the sky, finding a clear sky, sun shinning down to the earth, and even in such a good day... I'm not feeling that well.
