Always You

chapter 10: jealousy

Beam endures all the heart ache that he felt everytime Tae ignores him, everytime that Tae throw harsh word to him. He still do what he needs to do, hoping that one day Tae will realize that he still loves him. Beam forget his usual self, forget his pride, forget his dream for one reason, to be with Tae. But it isn't enough? For how long he will chase after Tae.

Today Taes grandma will go to the other village to attend some gatherings and she will spend the night there. Tae, as always did not stay at home. He is either at the farm or in the house of Pring, his childhood friend.

Beam left alone in the house, today he plan to the laundry. He gather all the dirtied clothes and went in the backyard to wash it in the well when his foot slip in a muddy ground. Before he could fall, someone immediately grabs him, holding his waist and shoulder to be able for him not to fall. The man is Sharp, grandmas helper in the farm. It so happen that Sharp delivers the supply of the chicken and duck when he saw Beam.

Beam immediately gain his balance and stand up, he make few step away from Sharp.

"Thank you Phi" he said "if your not here maybe i could broke my tailbone" he continues and they both laugh.

"It is ok Nong, i just delivers the supply when i saw you slipping you foot" Sharp said.

In a few meters away from them, Tae was there standing. He saw Sharp holding Beam in his waist. From where he is standing, he can assume that the two were kissing, but not. He saw everything, from Beam slipping is foot on the mud and from how Sharp manage to catch Beam. But he felt jealous, "i should be the one to catch you" he murmurs to himself. He walk towards the two who is laughing now.

"Oh, doing lovey dovey in a broad daylight is truly enjoyable right?" He said in a mocking tone.

"Ahm..no Tae, it's not what you think?" Beam said

"Oh, really?"

"Yes Tae, its just i came by to deliver the supply when i saw Nong Beam nearly falling to the ground" explain Sharp.

"Oh,is that so..."he said "Well anyway, i don't care what you are doing, but please not in my house" he said and turn his back and go inside the house.

"I am sorry Phi" Beam said

"It's ok Beam, he is just jealous" Sharp said and wink at Beam and he chuckles. Tae hears him chuckles, in his blood boils again. He went outside again and calls Sharp.

"Sharp, if you have nothing to do here you can go now" he said

"Ok Tae, i take my leave" He said "Bye Beam, be careful next time"

"Ok Phi tha....." before he could finish his word, Tae immediately grab him inside the house. He hold Beam wrist tightly.

"Tae it hurts" Beam said try to loosen Taes grip

But instead to loosen his grip, Tae pushes Beam inside the room and harshly throw him in the bed. Beam was startled by Taes reaction.

Tae stand infront of Beam, both hands in his waist. "What do you think your doing huh?" He said "If you want to flirt to anyone, you can do it but please not here in my place" he shouts

"I am not Tae, please believe me" Beam said and stand up from the bed

"Really? But what just i saw earlier" he said mockingly.

"We told you already what happened" Beam insisted.

"This is not the first time i saw you, everytime you go outside, all their eyes staring at you, and you enjoy their attention, you intently doing that to gain attention, what are you, a whore?" Tae said and Beam slap him hard and Tae got startled.
