I was getting tired of people casually stalking me. Why was I suddenly this thing to be watched? After all this time, why was Alaric showing himself? What made Vincenzo so interested in me? Why the heck were there two necromancers following me?

I knew who they were. I knew it was Adler and his friend. Whether he came back to get me back for the job he did for me, or for some other reason, I honestly didn't care. I just didn't want him anywhere near me. He tried to pick a fight every single time we saw each other, like for some reason my being around him filled him with a rage he had no idea how to control.

It got to me, whether I wanted to admit it or not. I hated the fact that there was an entire group of people who hated me strictly because of what I was. Like a necromancer couldn't be part vampire. And I knew there were vampires that felt the same way, though I hadn't met any recently.

Kieran peeked at me from over the lid of his cup as he sipped orange juice.

"Who is following you?" He tilted his head and placed his cup on my dining room table.

"His name is Adler," I stated blandly. "His friend is Brennan. They're necromancers. I recently asked Adler to come do a raising for me, but apparently, it pissed him off because the guy was almost completely drained of blood and I didn't tell him, though I had no clue."

There was a knock at my door and I groaned before standing. When Kieran stood, I motioned for him to sit back down as I made my way to where I assumed Adler would be waiting. When I opened the door, I slid my foot behind it so that he couldn't force his way inside.

"Little creepy knocking on a girl's door at this time of night." I raised my eyebrows.

Brennan was slightly shorter than Adler with shaggy blonde hair and dark brown eyes. While Adler did everything in his power to try and show off his strength, Brennan usually wore loose-fitting clothes - much like I did. His reasons were probably more for comfort, rather than hiding his physique. In truth, his physique was probably better than Adler's.

"Little creepy walking down a street at this time of night with a vampire." Adler mocked me by raising his eyebrows as well.

If he wanted to play this game...

I shrugged. "Also a little creepy to be following said person in the darkness like she's unaware of your presence. From the outside looking in, you're the creeps here."

Brennan rarely spoke. He was more of a take-action kind of person. At least when he was around me. When he was alone with Adler, or one of the other necromancers, I was sure he was a bit more outspoken.

He used to talk to me until he found out what I was. Well, the other half of what I was. But even before he found out what I was, he still took action rather than spoke most of the time.

I eyed him and wondered briefly what I saw in him. Why did I allow his hands to touch me? Why had I ever enjoyed his lips on mine?

Truly, werewolves and vampires were far superior lovers. I had to give it to them. All that time hating on the paranormal races, and three men could switch my mind up quicker than anything else could ever hope to.

Both of their eyes raised from me to something behind me. Adler's lip curled up in disgust.

"Who do we have here," Kieran asked from behind me, and I could hear the smile in his voice. "Did you order blood delivery? How sweet of you."

Adler narrowed his eyes. "Blood delivery my ass."

"I do like ass," Kieran said speculatively. "But I don't enjoy a male's ass. My apologies."

I bit my lip to keep from grinning. Kieran's hands slid down my sides and across my stomach until he could lace his fingers in front of me. He pulled me back into him and I could feel his lips against the side of my head.

Brennan stared at him, unblinking and seemingly uncaring.

"Unless you're here to watch the show," Kieran slid two fingers just inside the waistband of my pants, "I suggest you leave. We were just getting to the good part."

I kept my face neutral, even though all I wanted to do was stare at him in disbelief. He was doing this for a reason, but that small movement of his fingers against my skin made a sudden rush of warmth flood in my lower abdomen. If my heart was still beating, it would have probably begun pounding at the feel of him against me.

Adler's lip curled up into a smirk. "Go right ahead."

Oh, for the love of-

I felt Kieran's lips curl into a smile. "You'd like that, wouldn't you? I can practically hear the blood rushing in your veins, boy. You act like you hate her" - his hand slid up under my shirt and grasped my breast over my bra - "but you'd much prefer to be in my place right now, wouldn't you?"

He didn't move his hand. He kept it over my breast and waited. I kept my eyes on Adler as his eyes dipped to where Kieran held me.

Brennan averted his eyes.

"Don't you play innocent," Kieran said to Brennan.

He glanced at Kieran from the corner of his eye, still refusing to speak.

Kieran pulled my hips harder against his, and I could tell what he was doing - tormenting two people at my door - was turning him on. If I hadn't known he was a bit of a sadist, it may have shocked me to find out that he enjoyed other people watching. As it was, all I could do was inwardly shake my head at him.

I wanted Adler and Brennan to leave, but it looked like the more he touched me, the more they seemed like they wanted to stay. I wasn't big on voyeurism.

"Unfortunately for you two," Kieran's hand slid up and wrapped around my neck, "I don't feel too inclined to share her right now."

Adler's eyes fell further, to where the skin of my stomach was now showing, then slowly slid up until he looked at the hand wrapped around my throat.

Then he saw my face and his eyes widened.

I couldn't help it. Whenever Kieran touched me, I became a mess. Apparently it didn't matter who else saw it.

"Have a good night," Kieran stepped back, bringing me with him. He kept his hand around my throat as his other hand found my door. "I know I will."

Then he slammed the door in their faces.

He pulled away from me, and when I turned to face him, his eyebrows raised ever so slightly. "Aw...did you want them to watch?"

"No," I answered.

He reached out and grasped my chin, tilting my face up so that he could look into my eyes. There was a storm of emotions on his face, even as his lips curled up into a mischievous smile.

"You sure?" He pushed me back against the door and pressed his body against mine. "They're still out there."

I narrowed my eyes. "I said no."

He hummed and pushed his leg up against the apex of my thighs, causing my legs to immediately begin shaking.

"Then I guess I'll just have to be content with them hearing you," he said softly.
