Pastor POV

"Out in the street dem call it murderr! Welcome to jamrock!"

My eye's scanned across the settling crowd, the musty air hovering throughout the dimly lit club was hot. Even though a beautiful beach, harboring cold water, sat right outside it seemed as if these people wanted to suffocate in the hot club. Reggae surged throughout the speakers as I took a well needed seat at the bar along with Kendall.

"Let me get two red stripe boss!"

Kendall's deep voice roared over the night crowd as he shoved his slim finger's into the pocket of his light washed jeans and threw a couple bills towards the bartender.

"A wah you think this is man?"

Her dark skin glowed as bright as her white eye's. You could tell, even under the neon light's, that she was beautiful. Her chocolate skin was complimented by a short mohawk which she had spontaneously dyed red.

"Hey gal, just give me and my guy a drink!"

Rolling her eye's, she kissed her teeth as she reached beneath the bar and pulled out two beers. Sliding it across the wooden bar towards us, I merely caught the glass bottle as she smirked and sauntered off.

"Me tell you man, the gal look good! But her attitude nasty man!"

Snickering, I turned away, focusing on the rowdy kids. I had to admit, this was all new to me. Following the word of God from a young age, I was tempted to, but never dared to wander about such a secular place. Raising the open drink to my lips, I felt satisfied as the ice cold beer ran down my throat.

Averting my eye's, I turned my attention back to Kendall just as he grabbed for the bartenders arm. Swatting him away, her smile widened as he spoke to her, she was more interested in him than she wanted to reveal. Rolling my eye's I bitterly raised my drink to my lips again, I envied his confidence as he flirted openly with her. I instantly felt out of place amongst all of these kids, but shit it was a step up from stressing in my room.

My eye's were instantly drawn to the outside, although the doorway was blocked by a colorful crowd of girls I still managed to catch a glimpse of the beautiful clear sky. My skin urged to feel the warm breeze, my head and especially my heart ached severely. It was no lie that in a couple day's I would be back home and in police custody. Rubbing my fingers across my creasing forehead I tried to get rid of the menacing thoughts I had. As much as Ryann and I bickered, I never wanted her dead. The love I had for our lord and saviour wouldn't allow me, without feeling guilty, to take away the only valuable thing she had left.

"I see this isn't your scene."

Instantly drawn to the voice shouting in my ear, I was slightly taken aback by her beauty. She had a slight accent which suggested she was from Jamaica. As my eyes, so help me god, ran down her body I couldn't help but notice the soft curves that led to her ample bottom.

"How'd you guess?"

Still sitting, I simply turned towards her. I tried not to stare, but I was greedy. I couldn't get enough of her beautiful dark skin that was complimented by a blue maxi dress and sandals. Her long hair was curled softly, but the one thing that really took my breath away was the way her beautiful plump lips curved into a gorgeous smile.

"Well let's see. Your sitting here, alone if I might add, and sorry to say but you look like you could be the father of every single kid in here."

Snickering, I watched as she leaned back slowly, her elbows resting slightly upon the bar. She was right, my face slightly burned with embarrassment as I realized Kendall had dragged me here, then up and left. Scolding slightly, I couldn't help but notice that the frisky bartender had been replaced.
