It was a foggy day in London as you looked around. You were quite curious about this. Who would know that people do fairs in a frozen bridge?

"Ladies and gents, this hasn't happened in eighty years! You can't pass up this chance! Come on by!" A salesman said but you just ignored him

"Sebastian, what is this called?" You said as Sebastian replied. "It's called the Frost Fair. The people of London have it when the water freezes under the London bridge"

"I see. Frost fair is an appropriate name" You said. "I'm told this is the first Frost Fair on this scale" Ciel said as he was wearing a heavy jacket. You didn't mind the cold. After all, it couldn't be compared to dragonspine

"To be held on the frozen Thames at the foot of the London Bridge since 1814" Ciel said

You, Ciel and Sebastian were taking a stroll around the stores until you heard a voice. "Roll up, roll up! I'm sellin' these cheap enough to blow even Jack Frost away! Why not buy one for Christmas?" A salesman said

Ciel just smirked. You noticed it and questioned him. "What is it, my lord?"

"Those are all inferior goods." Ciel responded. "You know, if the river freezes again next year, Funtom could set up a shop here" you responded

Ciel took a mental note, but his smirk never came out. He took his crane and pointed at a wooden toy ship before talking. "For example, that's..."

"Ah, hello there, My noble lad! You have a good eye. This is a fine piece from Funtom workshop. In other words, when the popular Funtom Company was still a craft studio!" The salesman said

"A blatant fake of one, you mean" Ciel said harshly as his smirk came out and a rather bored look in his eye. They certainly wouldn't turn up here" Ciel said

"Noah's ark... it's like this nation itself" Sebastian said as you and Ciel turned towards him. "What?" Ciel said

"A boat led by a single skipper. The only ones saved are a selected few" you said, before smirking. "It's a arrogant idea"

Ciel rolled his eyes before looking at someone. "You're..." you said

"It a Scotland Yard inspector has time to frivol about here, I suppose there must be peace in London... for today" Ciel said

"I'm not frivolling! I'm on duty!" The inspector said. "Oh, my. Well then Inspector, earn your wages in faithful service to Queen and country" Ciel said before turning around, meaning that he wanted to leave

You and Sebastian were walking behind Ciel until you heard a voice. "Wait! I have some questions for you, Ciel!" The inspector said

He was going to Ciel and was about to grab his shoulder until you slapped his hand. "Pardon her, but as you can see, our master is fragile... I mean sensitive" Sebastian said

"What he's trying to say is that we have to ask you not to be so rough to the young master" You said as you slightly bowed with a smile, making the inspector become slightly suspicious
