𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 | 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐱 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐫

You and Sebastian brought Ciel back to the Barrymore Manor, as the sky was foggy and rain was dropping from the sky as Ciel was looking from his window

"Case closed, eh?" Ciel said as you and Sebastian were getting the bed sheets ready for Ciel to sleep in. "Let's leave the village when the rain lets up" Ciel said

"Of course, my lord" You said until you heard a scream, belonging to Mey- Rin. You and Ciel's eyes widen as you both (along with Sebastian of course) went to the source of the scream

"What's the mat-" You said until you cut yourself off from what you were seeing

There was a hole in Lord Henry's cell as blood was scattered across the cells (a/n: blood cells) 

You then heard someone coming downstairs, revealing Angela as her eyes widened from what she was seeing. "Lord Barrymore!" She said until you heard a bang on the door

You all went upstairs as you opened the door, revealing a villager covered in water from the rain. "Th- The great demon hound!" He stuttered. "Demon hound?" The three servants said in unison as you sharpened your eyes

You and the others were running until you heard a chant. "The white dog is a good dog~ The disobedient dog is a bad dog~ Lullaby, the sun sets~ Lullaby and good night~" The entire village was saying

"What happened?" You said to the crowd. "Hey, what are you doing?!" Baldroy said as he placed a hand on a woman's shoulder

Lightning stroke, giving light as your eyes widened from what you were seeing (a/n: ironically, lighting legit struck when i was typing this-)

There was Lord Henry's body (now corpse) leaning on a wall as blood was dripping down from its flesh as the three servants screamed in horror. Ciel looked at you and Sebastian as you both knew what that glance meant

You and Sebastian were walking towards the corpse as you both examined it. You then saw that Lord henry's right hand was missing so you showed it to Sebastian, whose eyes sharpened from glancing it

"These look like teeth marks" You whispered to Sebastian as he nodded in agreement. "Great demon hound! Great demon hound, forgive us!" A villager said as Angela's eyes widened before she fainted

After examining it, you then went back to the manor with a smirk. "It's such a shame, Young master. After you'd already declared that the case closed" You said with a teasing tone

"Oh shut up" He said with his eye closed. "Where is Angela?" Ciel said. "I've put her to bed for now, but she seems very tired, yes" Mey- Rin answered

"It's too painful to watch" Baldroy said. "This village was completely isolated from the rest of society of fear of the demon hound's curse" Ciel said as he slowly opened his eye

"I thought we established that the hound was faked by Lord Henry so that he could rule here. But now that Lord Henry is.." Ciel said as he stopped his sentence, knowing that you got the idea

"Are you sure those bite marks really weren't from the demon hound like the villagers say?" Baldroy exclaimed. "Maybe he's mad at being blamed for Lord Henry's bad deeds" Mey- Rin said

"Well, I think we can agree that no human did this that's for sure" You said as you looked at Sebastian. "What's that supposed to mean?" Baldroy said

It was night and Sebastian was dressing Ciel and you were out of his room, giving him privacy. Once Ciel gave you permission to enter, you went inside

Once you entered, you saw Ciel as he was silent. "What's the matter?" You asked. "The way you phrased it earlier. 'No human did this'. That redheaded reaper had better not show up again" Ciel said

You just smiled. "I'm quite impressed at the sharpness of your learning curve" You said. "There is no need to worry though. Mey- Rin's idea was not wholly incorrect. It was Lord Henry the hound was after" Sebastian said as he put Ciel's outfit back onto the closet

"I imagine there isn't anyone else who would fall victim to it" You said. "That doesn't mean I can just leave it alone" Ciel responded. "Is that your beautiful loyalty to your Queen?" You said with a smirk

"No, that's not all. You're normally a dull woman" He said as your eyebrow twitched. "But when a dog enters the picture, I'll have to admit but Sebastian becomes rather fascinating don't you think Y/N?" Ciel said with a smirk

"Oh, yes. I rather do agree with you, Young master" You said as that smirk never left your face. Sebastian closed the closet doors and turned to both of you with a 'smile' as he responded

"You both have learned"

hello! tbh, i cant believe this is the 50th ch. I honestly never thought we would have made it this far so thank you for supporting me! <3

also, i was just typing ideas for the ending and i was like 'hey lets see if i read it with a song :D ' but little did i know, i never knew the consquences..

so in conclusion im crying as im typing this :D
