𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 | 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐱 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐫

[ 𝟕 ]

The competition was getting wild. The soup was boiling, the vegetables were getting chopped up as the delicate aroma of the food covered the entire kitchen

Sebastian didn't allow any of the servants to come and disturb him or Y/N. The servants opened the door a little and peeked through it, seeing a hard-working Y/N and Sebastian (who wasn't even trying since he was good at everything)

"Wait, that's the new maid? Bloody hell, she looks beautiful" Whispered Baldroy, the 'chef' of the manor. "The food smells amazing, yes it does!" Whispered Mey-Rin, whose mouth was drooling. "Her food can probably taste better then Mr. Sebastian's!" Whispered Finny, the gardener of the manor

As Sebastian was chopping up carrots, he realized the servants were peeking through the kitchen. He sent then a side death glare that was saying 'get out of the damn kitchen or I'll skin you alive' as he was still cutting up carrots

The servants got the message and fear entered their bodies, as they closed the door and didn't peak no more (a/n: ok i keep rhyming things)

It was finally dinner time as Ciel went downstairs to sit down at the dining table. Sebastian and Y/N placed the food onto the table

"Today, we have a Sunday Roast Dinner, along with some Easter Sunday Roast and with hors d'oeuvres" Sebastian said with a smile as you continued

"And for the entree, we have a crab and tiger prawn fettuccine, made with the freshest vegetables we have here in the manor" You said, mimicking Sebastian's smile

Ciel took his fork and ate Sebastian's dish. He gave it a nod of approval as he ate your entree. He also gave it a nod of approval, which made you and Sebastian glare at each other

The moon appeared and the beautiful sky blue have vanished, replacing it with the midnight sky 

Once the Lord was done with his food, you and Sebastian cleaned up the dining room

"So it's a tie huh?" You said, smirking as you were picking up the used utensils. "I'm afraid it is" Sebastian sighed as he picked up the food and placed it in a cart

"Oh Y/N, would you mind if you guard the manor along with me?" Sebastian asked with a smirk. You wanted to wipe off that smirk out from his face but you couldn't resist beating bad guys up, such as hilichurls

You just sighed and responded "Fine, let me get my sword" as you went to go get it. Luckily, you have already gotten used to the manor and almost know it like the back of your hand

Once you got your sword, you say Mey-Rin in the hallways. "Hello, Mey-Rin" You said, smiling. "Oh Hello Y/N. Why do you have your sword?" She said, confused

"I'm just gonna guard the manor with Sebastian" You responded. "Oh, do be careful and uh pardon me, but what is that glowing jewel you have? It's very pretty, yes it is" Mey-Rin said as she admired your vision

You nervously laughed and started to think of a lie. "It's a jewel that's very special to me. It's something that I'll protect my life with" You said, as your hands went to your vision, gripping it tightly and reminding you of your friends in Mondstadt

"Oh, I'm so sorry for asking, yes I am!" Mey-Rin said as she bowed for forgiveness. You just chuckled and helped her get back up. "No, it's ok. You just got curious, that's all" You said

You looked at the sky. "It's getting late. You should get some sleep. After all, a lady needs her beauty sleep" You said, winking

Mey-Rin's cheeks were red. "A-Ah you're right. Well then, I'll see you in the morning" She said as she went to her room

You finally caught up with Sebastian outside as you guarded the manor with him. "You're late, what took you so long?" He said as he put away his watch

"Sorry, looks like I've misplaced it" You said, scratching your head as you chuckled a little

~

It's been 3 hours and no sign of intruders. You weren't tired at all and it was boring

You just sighed as you sat on the bench. "This night is really boring. And yet I thought I can fight someone to ease the boringness" You said, lazily

You then heard a twig snap, making your senses open. "Must have been a cat or something" You lied, knowing full well that someone is there.

Your eyes sharpened as the steps grew closer and closer and you slowly pulled out your sword and put it on the intruder's neck

You looked and realized the intruder had a strange weapon at his hand, nothing that you've seen in Mondstadt.

"My my, you've caught him for me" Sebastian said, behind you. You put a sadistic smile on your face. "I can kill him, right" You said, as you put your sword deeper in his neck

"Yes, you may. Just try not to make too much noise for the young master to hear or we'll be scolded" Sebastian said, chuckling

"P-Please spare me! I'll do anything, just please spare me!" The intruder said - more then begged - towards you and Sebastian. You just laughed a bit at his reaction as you responded with an innocent smile. "Sorry but it's just like I've said these past years..

Orders are orders.."
