XLV.

"Rev!" Sigaw ko. "Ang daya mo talaga, 'no?"

Rev laugh so hard.

I rolles my eyes into him.

"What? Hindi ka lang talaga magaling."

"Whatever."

"See? You always lose your temper. Kakairap mo n'yan, baka 'di na bumalik sa dati 'yang mata mo," then Rev continue to laugh.

We are here at the Charity. Both Nesryn and Hea are busy playing with the other kids. Kami naman ni Rev, out of boredom we played card game and obviously he's winning.

"Isa pa nga! Baka may daya kasi 'yang paglalaro mo!" Sabi ko pa kaya mas lumakas ang tawa niya. "Kakatawa mo n'yan, sumakit tiyan mo."

"Gaya-gaya. Okay, let's have another round tapos ay kakain na tayo."

Initially, we played another round. Tingin ko ay dinadaya ako nitong si Rev! Why he's always winning?

We played another round but while I am whining at him since feeling ko may daya siya maglaro.

"Annie."

Someone called me, so I turn my head and to my surprise it's Heath.

Ano'ng ginagawa niya rito?

"Bakit ka nandito?" I asked. I look at Rev at nakatingin lang siya sa laro namin. Again, tumingin ako kay Heath dahil hindi pa niya 'ko sinasagot. "Ang sabi ko, bakit ka nandito?"

Heath is looking at Rev intensely before he answer me.

"Dan told me our daughter is here."

"Bakit? Ano naman?"

"I was looking at her since it's my day-off."

"And?" I am starting to irritate. Pang-apat niya palang 'tong pagkakataon para makita si Hea. "And you want her to be with you?"

"Yes."

"Sorry to tell you but Hea and Nesryn are here so meaning, play day. She can't be with you."

"Maybe, after this?"

"No."

"Even it's evening, I'll wait for her," pilit pa niya kaya umangat ang tingin ko sa kaniya. "I would love if you will join us."

I am stunned.

Lakas naman ng apog nito.

I look at him before I walk pass.

"Sama ka raw," asar ni Rev sa gilid ko dahil sinundan niya 'ko matapos kong mag-walk out. I rolled my eyes at him then he laugh.

"Ate Syd, anong oras ka pupunta?" Tanong ni Nyla.

"Ngayon na. Why?"

"Dagdagan mo ng Sunflower."

We both smile.

Matapos kong sumakay sa kotse ay pinaandar ko na ito at tahimik na bumiyahe.

Along the way, bumili ako ng bulaklak at bumili rin ako ng Sunflower gaya nang sabi ni Nyla kanina sa 'kin bago umalis.

"Thank you po," inabot ko ang bayad sa Ale.

Hindi muna ako bumalik sa kotse.

Naglibot muna ako rito sa Dangwa.

Hindi gaano marami ang tao pero marami ang mga iba't-ibang kulay ng bulaklak. Ito na yata ang pinakamakulay na lugar na napuntahan ko. I reach for my cellphone and captured the beautiful view so I can share it with Hea later.
