I just took a two hour drive to go support Lottie in a band competition. Makes no sense. We didn't go on a bus because of corona, but a mandatory competition is fine.
It was fun however to see all the band geeks communicate. Just as an outside perspective. They went up against fifteen other colleges in the state and won silver. Afterward, which was when it was pitch black out, our school and another played together in the parking lot. Our schools aren't necessarily linked together, however the marching bands have this thing that Lottie explained, but I don't really get.
