Derek wakes up to his sleeping wife. He kisses her cheek and her stomach so happy they are pregnant again. "Good morning," she says yawning "Good morning," I say kissing her forehead "Mm I have to take a shower I have surgery with Lexie." She states "Ok, I got the kids to go ahead," I say

"Ok, Derek I'm leaving.'' She says

"Hey, it looks like you have been pregnant for about a month.'' The doctor says
"No, that can't be right because that would mean when Derek got hit and was in the hospital I would be pregnant." She states
