Me and Meredith walk into the hospital. Bailey pulls me away and says," I have back-to-back surgeries. That she occupy her till whenever." I smile and say," Thx." I have a craniotomy, and then leave the hospital and start shopping." I grab 12 dozen roses petals , candles, chocolate, wine, etc. I grab a new spreadsheet and comforter for the bed and pillows. I put those on and lay the roses from the door to the bedroom. I next go in the kitchen and bring out 2 wine glasses and grab the wine I bought. I pour it into the glasses.
M͟E͟R͟ P͟O͟V͟ I am so tired, Bailey has made me do her back-to-back surgeries with her. I find an empty on-call room and lay down then Bailey pages me. Ughh I get up and grab my jacket. I meet her in the ER and she waves to me. She says happily," Hey how are you." I reply tired," Tired why are you so happy." "Oh no reason." She smiles lightly I tell her I am going home and leave. I walk away

I open the door to see the lights dimmed and rose petals on the floor leading to the stairs. I follow them while taking off my shoes and coat and sweater. I see a note that says

I smile and finish walking up the steps. I see Derek holding two wine glasses. I smile and say," What is all of this." He replies," I know you don't like grand gestures but it is our anniversary so I hope you can make an exception." I smile and walk up to my husband. I grab a glass and drink a sip. I set down our glasses and I move closer to my sexy husband. I intertwine my fingers in his hair and kiss him passionately. He smiles and says," So I take it you like it." I push him on the bed and jump on top of him and say," I love it and I love you." I kiss him again and he wraps his arms around my waist. He flips over and takes off my shirt. He kisses my neck while I arch my back to take off my bra. I throw it across the room. He smiles and says," Wanna have some fun." I smirk and flip him to wear I am on top of him and say," Yes Sir." We kiss passionately while I guide my hands to his pants and unbuckle his pants. He stops my hands and says," No no not yet." I pout and say," but I want it." He gets up and goes into the bathroom. I put on my lace bra and take off my pants. I go in the bathroom and wrap my arms around his stomach. I grab his belt and start unfastening it. He grabs my hands and spins me. Our noses are touching each other. He grabs my chin and lifts it up. He pulls me close to where my chest is touching his body. He coups my cheek and kisses me passionately. I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him to. He picks my up and my legs are wrapped around his waist. He walks to the bedroom and lays down on the bed. I flip and he starts kissing my neck. I look at him and say," Yes." He says," Yes." I unbuckle his pants and throw them across the room. He moves down and starts kissing my stomach. But for some reason it hurts when he does it. I say," Wait." I get up and run to the bathroom. I close the door and my stomach shoots a sharp pain. The room starts spinning and the next thing I know I am on the floor.
D͟E͟R͟E͟K͟ P͟O͟V͟ Meredith ran to the bathroom. I am not sure why though. I open the door to see her passed out on the floor. I keep screaming her name but she won't wake up.
