Chapter 4 Never

(Luna's POV)

I silently ate, as my captor fed me

I said that I was going to get him to trust me, but how did I do that?

What did I say?

How did I act?

I soon realized that my time was up and it was now or never

I heard the man slowly get up onto his feet and start walking away

"Wait!" I nearly shouted

I heard the man stop walking

"D-do you have to go?" I asked him

The man stayed silent

"Can you please stay?" I asked, softening my voice

There was still no response

"I just don't want to be alone" I told him

He didn't answer, but I heard a chair drag against the ground

"T-thank you" I stuttered

I heard him grunt and felt chills go down my back

We both sat in silence

The tension in the air, frightened me more than the two of us being together alone

Should I reach out to him?

Should I try to talk?

Should I even be doing this?

Then I though to Angel and I realized that I didn't care

I didn't care not one bit

"Could I by any chance ask you for another favor?" I asked him, as calmly and sweetly as I could manage

It took the man a moment, but he grunted in response

"Could you untie me? My hands are sore and my arms hurt" I asked

This time, his answer didn't take long

"No!" His booming voice urrupted, sending chills down my spine

I tried to stand my ground, but my hands were shaking and I could feel my heart pounding inside my chest

"Why not?" I asked him, trying to hide my trembling voice

I heard him walk closer to me and sit down in front of me

I felt his hands go on my knees and slowly push them open

My first reaction to was quickly close my legs, but he just pried them open

The man moved forward, so that his waist was between my thighs

He leaned in his chest and wrapped his arms around my shoulders

"Why?" he asked me

I took a deep breath and slowly nodded my head

"Why? Because you will leave me. You can never leave me...ever" he whispered

I felt so disgusted, all I wanted was to push him away from me

"I-I won't. I promise you that I won't! I swear to you, I will always stay by your side...always" I swore to him, not meaning s single word

"You promise?" He asked me, not letting go of my body, which he was crushing

"I do" I told him, nuzzling my head against his prickly cheek

"Alright" he said softly, letting go of me and getting up on his feet

As soon as he released me, I could finally breath

His strong arms were preventing me from doing so

I heard the guy, walk around the room, gathering things up and moving them around

I heard him come from around me and slowly touch my hands

His fingers wrapped around my own, as he cut the rope that bound me

"Hold on" he said

His voice was so familiar, but from where?

Where has I heard his voice before?

Where?

Soon, one had was free and then the next

I couldn't move them, without feeling stiff and sore

"Are you alright" he asked

I nodded my head

Would he take the blindfold off?

"Here, let me help you with this" he said moving down to my ankles, which ached

He completely released me, from the ropes

"And this" he told me, slowly wrapping his fingers around the knot that tied the two ends of the blindfold together and let it fall

I slowly opened my eyes and realize that everything was white, my eyes had an adjusted to the bright light hitting my skin

All I could see of the man, was a tall figure

I closed my eyes, rubbing them softly

I had to squint, to be able to make out things in the room

I rested my hands over my eyes and waited a few seconds

Finally, my eyes adjusted and I looked up

I couldn't see the man's face, he was too far away

I slowly got up my feet, nearly falling, but the guy ran up to me and pulled me against him

"Hey, you're okay" he told me

I looked up into his eyes and you exactly who he was

"Oh my God" I whispered
