Me and team rwby are walking around vale, since I never got a chance to see the town before and today is the vytal festival it is a perfect day, we are seeing the sights and saw some people hanging a banner that says "welcome to vale!"
Weiss: the vytal festival! Oh this is absolutely wonderful
Ruby: I don't think I've ever seen you smile this much weiss. It kinda weirding me out
Weiss: how could you 'not' smile? A festival dedicated to the culture of the world, there will be dances, parades, a tournament
You: I think we celebrated a similar holiday on earth, at least I think
Yang: so what sort of holidays does earth celebrated?
You: well there's holidays this and earth's celebrated like Christmas, Halloween and Easter but there's also Saint Patrick's day and 4th of july which sound exactly like the one weiss described
Yang: what's so special about that
You: in America they celebrated the declaration of independence which a sort of treaty, that's why its also called independence day, includes watching sports, parades and watching fireworks
(Okay I don't know my facts so don't judge)
Ruby: sounds kinda cool
You: there's also this mini holiday I think you might like Blake
Blake: what's it called
You: world book day
She perked up when I said book
Blake: what's it about?
You: world book day was created to celebrate book and authors and encourage young people to discover the pleasure of reading
Blake then smiles a little, wishing that remnant would do that
Weiss: any way, the amount of planning and organisation that goes into this event is simply breath taking.
Yang: *sigh* you really know how to take a good thing and make it sound boring
Weiss: quiet you
Yang: remind me again why we're spending our Friday afternoon visiting the stupid docks?
Ruby: ugh, they smell like fish
You: yeah never really been a fan of fish hate the taste and smell, love to watch them swim though
Weiss: I've heard that students visiting vacuo will be arriving by ship today
You: let me guess you as a representative of beacon is to welcome them, which is code word for spy on them so you can get the upper hand in the battle
Weiss laughs nervously: w-what n-no I would n-never *quickly* you can't prove it
Ruby: woah
Ruby then noticed a shop which was ransacked, we made our way to it and Ruby asked the detective who was at the scene
Ruby: what happened here
Detective 1: robbery. Second dust shop to be hit this week. This place is turning into a jungle
Yang: *scoffs* that's terrible
Detective 2: they left all the money again.
Ruby: huh
Det 1: yeah, just doesn't make a lick o' sense. Who needs that much dust?
