At last, Snorlax had managed to create some separation between the two, forcing Regigigas backward as the colossal pokemon stumbled. The normal type didn't let up there as I called out for him to continue. Snorlax's arm began to glow a deep orange as he brought his fist down over his opponent's head.

Stunned by the super effective hit, Regigigas tumbled backward, managing to keep it balance at the last second. The masked man called for it to push on but there was no response. He had now lost control over the titan meaning only one thing.

I looked up to the skies, seeing Charizard and Rayquaza circling each other in an intense aerial battle. Mew zipped around the air, supporting its comrade as the two fought tirelessly to keep the enraged dragon at bay.

But I couldn't avert my attention for long. Regigigas had stood back up to its feet, letting out a deep bellowing roar, shaking the mountain to its core. Loose pillars collapsed into dust, the plateau shaken by insane display of power.

"...!"

Articuno descended from the skies, summoning a howling icy gale to keep the colossal pokemon at bay. Zapdos and Moltress followed, subjecting Regigigas to a relentless storm as the titan slowly stood back up to its feet, unfazed by the combined power of the birds.

Its eyes were fixed on Snorlax and I could tell its was pissed at the normal type's burst of power. Slowly, Regigigas powered forward, the three birds doing their all to wear the titan down.

Then before anyone could react, a flash of orange crashed out of the sky, barreling into the colossal pokemon. Charizard recovered, retreating from the overwhelming power of the jade dragon. Mew did her best to reverse the damage but the flame pokemon had been significantly injured from its bout with the sky high pokemon. Charizard took his position beside Snorlax making it clear that I would need their combined power to make a dent into Regigigas.

A bright pink and white light engulfed the colossal titan, making it clear that it was going all out now. No matter what the masked man called out, Regigigas wouldn't listen, determined to make Snorlax pay for that sudden counter attack.

"...!"

Without hesitating, Charizard picked up Snorlax, taking the normal type high into the skies. Even though he was already injured, the flame pokemon was determined to help his partner see this battle through.

The moment Charizard released Snorlax from his grip, he began to glow a bright pink and white, mirroring Regigigas as the two faced off against each other. The normal barreled through the air at tremendous speed as the colossal pokemon crouched down, jumping upward at surprising speed.

Spear Pillar shook violently as Regigigas took to the skies to meet Snorlax in the air. The clash of the two pokemon resulted in a devastating explosion, both crashing into the plateau below. Mount Coronet began to rumble as the sheer weight of both pokemon shook it to its core.

Mew descended to Snorlax's side, helping the normal type to its feet as he stood triumphant over the gaea pokemon. Regigigas didn't stand up, reverting back to its base form as the masked man spat in defeat. He couldn't retreat now, not after coming this far.

That left one more titan. Rayquaza circled us in the skies, the three legendary birds ascending to keep the jade serpent busy. I turned back to the field, seeing how tired Snorlax was. I couldn't expect any more of him but I didn't need to, he had already saved us all.

I turned to Charizard, seeing that he was ready to take this battle to the next level. I reached for the keystone in my midnight black bracelet, calling out, "...!"

A blinding light engulfed the flame pokemon. There was a sonic boom as Charizard took the skies, fulled by his newfound power, determined to get his own back against Rayquaza.

The jade dragon must have sensed him approaching, shaking off the three birds as it let out a piercing roar. Charizard was equal to it, roaring defiantly to show he was still far from done. Now it was time for everyone else to take a step back, or else they would get in his way.

"...!"

Without missing a beat, Charizard attacked first, engulfing himself in scorching blue flames as he charged through the skies. Rayquaza didn't waste a second, its body glowing a bright orange as it prepared to fire back. Using it's own powerful v-create, the jade dragon met Charizard in the air, the resulting collision causing a huge smoke cloud to almost blot out the sun.

Both pokemon charged out of the smoke cloud, engaged in a close range battle. Rayquaza and Charizard flew back and forth exchanging devastating blows as the fight began to heat up.

Then Rayquaza reeled back, ascending high into the skies. There was a glint in the clouds as the jade dragon descended at breakneck speeds, engulfed in a deep green light.

"...!"

Charizard didn't hesitate, cloaking himself in a bright draconic light. Mew also followed, providing its support to the flame pokemon as he faced off against the jade dragon.

Before a second passed, both pokemon had crashed into each other, going back and forth once again. Charizard was now on the front foot, still wrapped in a draconic light as he pressed Rayquaza, scoring hit after hit.

Though it was clear why the sky high titan had reeled back. A storm of hot glowing meteors crashed down from the skies, Charizard narrowly avoiding each comet. The descent didn't let up, the flame pokemon going all out to stay on even ground with Rayquaza.

As the meteors kept coming, Zapdos swept me off my feet to avoid an oncoming comet. Now in the skies, I could see the aerial battle in full flow, both pokemon going all out.

I could see the waves of fatigue emanating from Charizard's tiring body, seeing that it was taking his all to keep up with this titan. Mew flew to his side, providing her support once more as the flame pokemon set out to finish the battle before collapsing with fatigue.

He turned to me, a knowing look on his face as he prepared the final move. I already knew this was coming, ready to make the call at any time. Rayquaza wouldn't sit by, pooling a glowing stream of spacial energy in its mouth.

"...!"

I called out as both pokemon let their ultimate moves loose. A storm of blue fire was met by a beam of glowing blue energy, the impact kicking up a thick smoke cloud.

As the smoke eventually faded, there was no sign of Rayquaza, Charizard collapsing to the floor in fatigue. He returned to his base form, but his victory was clear. The jade dragon was nowhere to be found, only a glowing viridescent orb in its place.

By its side was a dimly glowing white orb, a strange symbol inscribed onto it. I recognised them as the two orbs that the masked man used to summon the titans and as I looked around, there was no sign of him.

But that wasn't important now. I looked over to the two resting pokemon, seeing smiles wide on their faces as they went head to head with two of the strongest pokemon of all time. Emerging victorious would be a memory they would cherish forever.
