A/N: Apologizes for another late night post. (At least late for me.) I'm in the process of moving and its taking up a lot of my time. Normal schedule will resume soon.

I looked back as the elevator doors began to slowly struggle open. In-between the crack I could see a flash of light sliver metal. My heart began to beat quickly as I thought about all the ways I was going to die in the next five minutes.

"Still no Tony?" I yelled as the doors began to open more.

"I'm trying but still no answer." Jarvis replied.

A loud crunch could be heard throughout the room as the metal elevator doors slammed opened and collapsed within themselves. My mouth fell as the figure stepped out and stood in front of me. His hair was long and brown. His stature strong and bulky. I looked over at the metal arm on his left side. The same light silver with the red star painted on it.

I felt my breathing begin to pick up as I tried to look at his features. His entire face was covered with a mask and just like in my memories, his eyes were covered with black googles. We stared at each other for a while. I was too scared to move but why hadn't he?

I spoke too soon.

He began to move slowly. I watched as he lifted his assault riffle up. I quickly pressed on to the watch again. The contraption connected to my hand as I shifted it over on the other one. The glove developed around my hand and wrist as I let go. I brought my hand up in front of me as it began to glow.

"JARVIS! TONY NOW!" I yelled.

"I'm sorry Ms. Black. I still cant get him to answer." Jarvis said with a bit of worry in the British accent. The soldier position his gun properly. Just as he did I pressed a button on the glove. In an instant an ultrasonic pulse was sent through the room. It hit the soldier directly. He dropped his weapon as he grabbed onto his head. Trying his best not to stagger backwards.

"Pretty cool." I said to myself as I looked at the glove. I looked back up at the soldier as he continued to groan in pain.

This was my chance. I quickly grabbed my stuff and ran as fast as I could. He left a big enough opening between his legs. I swiftly fell to the ground and slid across the floor. I looked up as I slid between his legs. We both looked at each other as I slid past.

Before I could make it far he grabbed the collar of my shirt and lifted me back up. My body flew through the air as my stuff slipped out of my hands. My back slammed against the wall behind me. I slid to the ground as a few picture frames fell beside and and shattered to on the floor. A whimper escaped my lips as I stood back up. I staggered a bit as I repositioned myself.

"Remind me to kill Tony later." I said. I ran at the soldier with full speed. I jumped up and wrapped my legs around his head. I sat on his shoulders as I began to punch at his head. He tried to force me off. His nails clawing at my shirt. Before he could I leaned back, my hands hitting the floor. With all the power I could muster I tightened my thighs and flipped my self over. At the same time the Winter Soldier's body went flying across the room and through the kitchen table.

I flipped back over as he crawled himself out of the debris. I tried to catch my breath as he ran back over to me. I grabbed a piece of glass off the floor and held it tightly in my hand. I shoved it towards his face. He quickly grabbed my wrist as it sat inches away from his cheek. He paused for a second not letting go. I clenched a fist with the gauntlet and aimed it at his stomach. My hand slammed into it but for me it felt like I was hitting a rock.

I stood there slightly surprised. I cant even hit this man. How the hell am I getting out of here?

I wasn't.
