Steve was courageous and smart, but very reckless. He was constantly getting into fights and losing. Leaving it up to Scarlet and Bucky's mom (A nurse) to patch him up. The three of them grew up together. Bucky was always looking out for and trying to protect Steve, who was doing what he could to protect Scarlet. When Bucky tells Scarlet and Steve that he wants to join the army they wanted to go with him. What will happen when Bucky and Scarlet get chosen to serve and not Steve? She would do whatever Fury said like a good soldier but he wanted more for her. He wanted her to be human again so he brought her to the Avengers with the hope that they could help her.
