"Hey you! what are u staring at! focus on your work!"

I was yelled at by paul, the head of the guards.
" move all of this weaponry to its place!"

"Soldier choi! u need to pay more attention to the work than u pay to the prince! U could have ur head laying beside u here!"

"My apologies sir."
I said in a low tone.

"Jongho,u r like a son to me, but what u r doing to yourself isn't good. U should focus on your life and let that little dream of u go.. "

I nodded with my head still low.
He left to go check on the other soldiers

When he left, I looked back at him,
He was standing there on his balcony, he was effortlessly gorgeous. I can't help but feel lots of emotions towards him, it's like he enchanted me.

But he is the prince! I can't have feelings for him...

It's been 10 years since I got here in wonderland pack, I was one of the orphans who were brought to the castle to serve. I was put in the army since I have a strong built.
And ever since, I have had this huge problematic crush on the heir of wonderland pack.. prince Kim hongjoong.

The way he talks, the way he moves, the way he stares at the stars, just every little thing about him is enchanting to me.

I noticed him giving me a shy glance before turning around and going back to his room.

I sighed." Guess that's enough of staring at the moon for me today...".

" psst! you! Wake up! You are gonna be late!"
I heard someone saying while shaking my body to wake up, what the actual fuck?!

I opened my lazy eyes to look at the one and only person.. that weird boy...

" finally u woke up.. we have a training today remember? Now go get ready!"
He patted my shoulder and stood up from my bed

"Oh btw! I'm San! Guess I didn't introduce myself before?" He finished extending his arm for mine to shake... I looked at his hand then at him... I did something that actually surprised me... I didn't want to embarrass him actually and I don't know why so I shook his hands " mingi.." I said with a bored tone, oh guess me is back...

His expression caught my attention for a second, he was looking like he was trying to remember something. He has a calculator face for a while until there was an imaginary light bulb flicked over his head.
"OH! now I know why you were so familiar! We were in the same class and detention remember?!"
He looked at me with strangely wide eyes and a weird kind of cute smile.. wait what?!
I coughed awkwardly "Ummm no?"

" oh it's ok, we have plenty of time here anyways to get to know each other's, but not right now either so ill go now, see u downstairs !"
With that, he left the room.
Leaving me alone confused on the bed.
I don't recall us meeting before, and actually why in the fuck would I call another alpha cute what the hell is wrong with me!

I went to take a quick shower to loosen my muscles for the upcoming training...

When I went down I found Yunho and yeosang setting with each other in the training area, it was a wide-open empty area that was wide enough for 10 big alphas to fight, on the left there were seats for people to sit and watch, And beside it was the gym building.

I took a seat in the chair in front of them

"Morning love birds, how was your sleep?"
I smiled at them to have Yunho smirking at yeosang who was trying to hide his red face.
"Ahh-m it w-was good..." he stuttered blushing even harder receiving a loud giggle from the golden retriever beside him

I rolled my eyes at how disgustingly cute they are,
U really shouldn't have friends that are together when u r single asf...

After a while, people began to gather but I noticed that mingi was missing, that boy is really weird...

I saw my mom from afar and waved at her, she noticed me and smiled walking forward to me

"Mom! Missed u!" I said squeezing her
She chuckled and sat beside me " sannie, u saw me yesterday.. anyways missed u too boo" she finished pinching my nose, I rolled my eyes but still smiled lovingly at her.
She means the whole world to me, I can't let anything hurt her.

I took her hands in mine and gave it a gentle squeeze, she smiled sadly at me and put her other hand on top of mine.

I noticed mingi coming towards the seats but was not planning on sitting beside me.

He gave me a short glance while passing beside me, he then stopped in his track and froze. That was weird..
he slowly and carefully looked at what I thought was me. I looked at where he was looking and it was my mom beside me.. he was looking at my mom like he had just seen a ghost...

And if it wasn't weird enough my mom was looking back at him with a knowing look. She wasn't even confused...
And I'm here between them not knowing what the hell is going on.!

" ahm mingi? U ok there?" I asked trying to know what the hell is happening

Now. Mom looked at me confused. What's wrong with that lady she doesn't know when to react!

" hi san, is this seat taken?" He pointed at the seat on my right.
"Ahm no? weren't u going to set at the back?"
He looked at me then my mom. And shook his head not taking his eyes off her.
"I was yeah.. but I am not now." He plopped next to me fixing his attire.
Now I'm setting in the middle of two weird people.
Wow.

The sound of a microphone caught everyone's attention and we saw the head alpha talking.

"Morning my people, today is the first official day of the training.
Everyone will receive training that is suitable for their gender. Whether u are alpha, beta, or omega...
There will be gym periods and fighting periods.
U will be divided into groups of 2! And to make it easier and save time. U will be grouped with your roommate. U will have fighting and gym period together. Every few groups will have the training at the same time so it won't be crowded. At the end of the day, everyone would have received their training.. your schedule will be given to u momentarily. " with that he finished and walked. I saw mingi looking at me with a weird look. I ignored it. Everything about this boy is weird I swear...
