I stayed in my house for the next few days after what happened with Chris.

i didn't really wanna see him. It would be weird.

I didn't know weather i did it for fun, or because i actually liked him.

"I'm home" I heard mom yell.

I ignored her.

"Lila!"

"What!" I yelled

"oh good your not with a boy" she said.

I rolled my eyes.

Than i heard another voice downstairs. followed by laughter.

I went to the stairs to investigate. Did my mother really bring a guy back. She did infact bring some jerk home.

"Hi honey" Mom said when she saw me.

I just walked past her and grabbed water.

"Who's the brat" The dude asked.

"My slutty daughter"

"Says you mother" I said sarcastically.

"Hey! don't speak to your mother like that!"

"Your not my father go to hell!"

"Leave!" He yells.

i looked at my mom who was smirking slightly.

"You heard the man" She whispered.

i stared at her in shock.

"Want me gone? fine!" I yelled.

I ran upstairs and started to pick everything i could, everything i owned, all in a suit case, and a back-pack.

"What the hell am i doing" I whispered.

I heard a knock at my bedroom door.

"Lila babe, come back in a week, let him settle in, get used to the swing of things" Mom said.

"Ya we'll see" I said climbing out the window.

I had no where to go.

So like i've done almost everyday this summer, i walked to main street.

i gave up about half way through and just say on the curb. It was 3:37 in the afternoon.

hoping someone would be there, i went to the treehouse.

sure enough, someone was.

"Hey stranger" Gordie said.

"Hey"

"Whatcha got there?"

"Got kicked out" I said with a chuckle.

"Shit actually"

"yup, mommy's new boy toy didn't like me very much"

"got a place to stay"

"Nope" I replied with.

"You can stay with me, my parents won't care" He said with a slight smile.

"Thanks Gordie"

Gordie and i played some card games before the others started to show.

We heard a knock at the door.

i was really hoping Chris wouldn't show, i didn't wanna deal with that today.

It was Vern and Teddy.

To be honest, i knew i was gonna be uncomfortable around him, i mean the guys seen me naked.
