She felt a cool gentle breeze dance over the back of her neck, as well as the gentle and calming touch of somebody rubbing her back while holding her so tightly with the other arm. But it wasn't a restrictive hold, it was a more protective, loving hold that made the girl feel so safe.
"I'm so sorry baby, you don't deserve this." Relief washed over the girl as she heard the familiar voice of her boyfriend. She felt so happy that he was there with her, as she had no idea what to do.
"Everyone is going to hate me now, over something I never did. What if people don't come to the theatre anymore?" Her voice trembled as she spoke, and Mason saw that her beautiful green eyes were full of fear, this pained him more than anything.
"Try not to worry, beautiful, I'll make sure that doesn't happen." He gave her a gentle kiss on the forehead as the couple laid on Alice's sofa. There was a comfortable silence before Mason looked deeply into her eyes once more.
"I love you." He whispered lovingly to the girl.
"I love you too." She replied without a doubt in her mind.
