Alberto pov:
I looked up the old tower that I used to call home. It seems like forever since I've been here and if Luca didn't come into my life maybe I would have never left. 
I listen to the sound of the wind blow through the leaves. Birds' calls ringed through the air as the sun shined down on us. "Are you ready?" Luca said, looking over at me. I looked back over at the smaller boy. His brown wavy hair and his gorgeous round eyes were so enchanting. I couldn't help but blushed everytime I looked into his eyes. "Ready as I ever will be" I told him. 
Today we are making the tower the under dogs hideout. A place that we can call our own and hide away from the world. Giulia said that this would be a good way to cope with my dad leaving. The feeling of Luca's soft hands wrapped around mine. His cheeks were a soft pink color and just so cute. The sudden feeling of being pulled took over as he pulled me toward the towers. My feet hitting the soil of our past following the path of our old footprint that has stained the dirt. To think this is where it all happened at this very tower. I met Luca here and fell head over heels for him. I remember the hours we spent together here and us looking at the fish in the sky. Well I guess they're called "stars" but they don't know what they are talking about. 
I look up at the old unstable ladder and I'm surprised that It hasn't broken yet. I inch closer to the old ladder putting my foot on the first step. A loud creak followed soon after "that need to be fixed" I said turning to Luca. 
A cute smile crossed his face as our eyes met once again. I quickly try to climb the old ladder trying my best not to break it. The higher I got the more memories came back of the two of us. More came back when I stepped into the building as I heard my foot hitting the old wood. "I think this is going to take longer than we thought," Luca's sweet voice said behind me as he took a step into the building. "Yeah but as long as I'm with you I wouldn't mind how long it takes" I said blush creeping up my face. I run my fingers through my thick curly hair. "I like hanging out with you as well Alberto, you make me happy" Luca soft voice spoke as he got closer to me. 
Sweat started to drip down my neck as anxiety started eating me alive. What if I mess this all up?
"Well you make me even happier. I love spending every moment with you" I said this as I started walking to my old stuff. At this point it has started collecting dirt and dust. It made it look so much older then it actually was. My thoughts were interrupted by Luca's voice "well you are the best sea monster in the whole ocean and I'm so lucky to be with you" my heart skipped a beat hearing him say that. "I think i'm the lucky one here, i get to spend everyday with you and listen to your beautiful voice" I replied walking to the wall that had all of those little white lines. The days that I use to keep count… I actually thought he would come back. 
Anger flowed through my body looking at the wall. Suddenly that anger all went away when I felt Luca hand grab mine. "He is missing out on the best thing that has ever walked on this planet," Luca said, turning his body towards mine. I couldn't help but smile at his sweet words. "You know Luca you mean so much to me and I never know how to put into words how much I like you" I said turning the rest of my body toward him as well. My cheeks were on fire and my heart was beating so hard that I thought it was going to burst. 
Luca cheeks were a bright red as he looked back at me. "I really like you too Alberto I want to be with you… to be your boyfriend" my heart dropped hearing those words. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. All I could do was smile and hold Luca close. "I want to be your boyfriend as well Luca "
