Naruto was so lost into thinking about what happened and about what's going to happen in the future. Naruto isn't sure if Itachi would even wake up in the future. But what he did was for the best. He announced to everyone that Itachi had died fighting Sasuke, but that isn't true Itachi is actually in a coma. >
Sasuke couldn't believe what he saw his brother is alive well not really because he is in a coma. But still it made a spark in his heart to know that he didn't kill his brother but was told that he died.
