"Well allow me to explain, the bullet found on Santiano's arm matches your gun and You were found by the crime scene, so this mean we have enough evidence to convict you" he said smiling
I was fuming, I had nothing to do with this and I wanted nothing do with this in the first place
I sighed, "wait, I think there is an explanation for all of this, just allow her to talk" Santiano said looking worried
I rolled my eyes, his a** should just shut the hack up
"Well Avila and I had spoken earlier and she calms she is innocent-"
"Because I am, a**hole" I said cutting him off, causing him to look at me with a look of irritation
If looks could shut someone up, my mouth would probably be stitched up
"Avila, you shut up and allow me to handle this" Santiano said with his hand up to sush me
I jerked my head back, "Who you telling to shut up, they should have shot your a** in the mouth, who you think you talking to stupid a**" I whispered the last two sentences
Santiano looked at me with a frown, "Okay, if you two are done talking. Avila I have a warrant for your arrest"
He grabbed me, "You have the right to remain silent or whatever you say may be used in the court of law, you have the right to a lawyer if you not the state will provide one for you" he said as we began walking out
"You did not have to read my rights, I know them already you know" I said irritated
He kept quiet as he walked to the cell, where he opened it, uncuffing me then pushed me inside
As he closed the cell, he wore a smirk. "I always knew this day would come, your people just can not stay away from here can they?"
"Shut tf you racist piece of sh*t" I felt myself about explode
All he did was laugh before he walked away, I began punching the wall. "Ughhhh" I screamed as I threw my last punch
Breathing heavily I slid down the floor, I looked at my hands and my knuckles were bleeding
Oh how I wish I could put my hands on Dante, the no for good officer Warren and Santiano. The three of them are absolutely disgusting
I leaned my head on the wall behind me, and closed my eyes, soon sleep took over
BANG, BANG
I woke up to the sound, "Get up" I heard. When i looked up a police man was opening the cell gate
"What is going on?" I asked as I stood up
"You are free to go, bail has been posted for your release but, don't be too happy. You'll be back for a court day" he said
Just great, I walked out with him behind me. Once we got to the front desk
My mother and grandpa ran towards me, "Avila, my poor baby" my mother said as she was the first to embrace me In a tight hug
I smiled, "mommy" I said, then she finally let go
"Avila what has gotten into you, officer Warren explained everything that happened baby" my mother asked with worry evident on her face
I sighed, looking at her then my grandfather. "It's a long story, We'll talk when we get home and you guys didn't have to bail me out" I said
"Uhm dear, we didn't bail you out" my mother said
I kinda knew my mom couldn't have paid it, you see my grandfather was diagnosed with stage four Cancer, and we have so many debts to pay
"Then who did mom? , I hope you did not go to dragon to borrow more money" I said with a sigh
"I did"
I looked up and it was the devil himself, Dante. He stood there with hands in his pockets
"Honey, David said you and him are dating and he offered to pay your bail" my mom said
I nearly choked, "What?" One he was not my boyfriend and two what's up with this David thing his name is Dante
Dante walked toward me and placed his hands around my waist and then slowly made it down to my butt, squeezing it a bit
I jumped, "Oh how I missed you honey" he said for everyone to hear
Without thinking twice I tried pushing him away but, -
"I'm sorry to ruin this reunion, but Avila I need to give you the date of your court day" I heard Warren say
I turned around with Dante in my arms, Santiano and warren's eyes nearly popped
"Gentleman" Dante said with a smirk, "I hope non of you mistreated my girl while she was in here" he said kissing my cheek
"Girl?" Santiano ask with a frown
"Yes, isn't that what I said punk?" Dante said
They both had a staring competition, you could feel the tension between the two
