LONG CHAPTER AHEAD

My eyes nearly popped out of their socket, I quickly turned around
"You need to back off" I said looking into his eyes which were very similar to the man who had stabbed me
Tons of ideas ran through my mind, how is the most dangerous and feared man dating my bestfriend and here he was all over me in a public bathroom
He looked me in the eyes then smirked, "You smell like-"
I cut him of by raising my hand, "Save it, I don't care, I need you to back off of me because you are my bestfriends boyfriend" I said frustrated
He raised his brow, "Is that what she told you? Boyfriend?" He asked with a chuckle
I frowned, "Yeah I've smashed her once or twice but that's not enough to call her my girlfriend"
I was shocked jelse would lie to me but then I don't blame her the man was extremely hot and secondly eww, I did not want to know what he does with my bestfriend
"Whatever" I said as I tried walking past him, but he quickly grabbed my wrist
He bought his lips closer to my ear, "I don't know what you up to coffee lady but I will find out"
He moved his face so we could look at each other, I would not give him the satisfaction of thinking I'm a coward
"Firstly my name is Av- you know what you not worthy of knowing my name" I could not trust this man if he found out my name, he would know I work with the police department
"And secondly your threats don't scare me" I said snatching my arm from him, I gave him one last look and walked away, Making sure to sway my hips as I felt his eyes on me
Once I got out the bathroom and my heart was beating so hard
I made it to where I left jelse, She was dancing with two girls. I walked towards them
I tapped her shoulder, Making her turn around to face me once she saw who I was she smiled
"Hey bestie, how was your trip to the bathroom it took you long enough" she said pulling me to the side
I let out a nervous laugh, "Yeah there was a long line since tonight looks packed" I said
She smiled nodding her head, "So what do you think about David?"
I mentally rolled my eyes, "I mean he is fine, I just don't think he is the-"
I was cut off by a voice, "Sorry ladies, I had business to handle"
He walked behind jelse and wrapped his arms around her waist kissing her neck, I felt uncomfortable because he nearly did that to me
Suddenly his eyes met mine and then he let his tongue slip on jelse's skin leaving wet kisses on her neck as he looked deep into my soul
My breath was caught in my lungs, All I heard was jelse's giggles
"So what were you saying Jelse's friends?" He asked me
"Baby she has a name and her name is Av-" I quickly cut her off causing her to frown
"Well I was telling her how I think you two make a great couple but I won't hesitate to cut your balls if you ever hurt her"
Jelse smiled, And David raised his hands in defence
"I promise to take care of her" he said kissing her cheek
"But I need to run, you ladies have a greet night it was nice meeting you Av" he said with a smile
I gave him a tight smile before he walked away
How am I speaking to someone I should be taking to prison unless-
"Come on Avila, We need to let loose tonight honey" jelse grabbed my wrist and walked me through sweaty bodies
The entire night my mind was on David, The little moment we had in the bathroom. I craved his lips on mine
I knew it was a bad thought since he was dating my bestfriend, making me a bad friend
Suddenly I felt jelse leave my side, I frowned. "Jelse!" I tried calling out her name with the loud music
I followed her, I noticed she was going towards the back of the club
I kept following her, She was really fast. It lead us to a room where there was tons of boxes being packed into a truck
I stood by the door since the staircase was made of steel if I walked in, My heals would grab attention
I looked down and I saw Jelse with an unhappy David
"What in the hell are doing here jelse?" He asked her
Jelse being jelse she could not sense his anger, she smile. "Baby I thought you said you were working but then I saw you walking around the club so I decided to follow you"
She looked around and she frowned, I tried getting a glimpse of what she saw but I was too far
"What is this David, A-Are y-y-you a-" before she could finish her sentence, he pulled out a gun
She gasped, so did I. "You know jelse i really thought you would not cause me trouble but here you are"
Before i could process everything, He looked at me and smirk
My heart was racing, he had seen me. He moved the gun toward me what in the hell
"I never miss" I was so distracted with panic before I knew it there were gunshots, I wait for the impact of the gunshot
But it never came and there layed my bestfriend
On the ground with her eyes opened and a pool of blood around her
