08 : bad guy

minhee's shift was over. when his co worker arrived, he went to change his clothes and left the restaurant. his apartment building was quite far so he decided to take the subway

getting down from the subway he walked the streets, passing by stores, restaurants. he saw a group of friends hanging out. that made him feel jealous. if it wasn't because of that someone, he wouldn't have to work part time like this. his family wouldn't have to suffer like this

he hated him. 'why did he have to leave us?' he thought to himself. finally arriving at his apartment room he got inside and cleaned up before going to bed

he took out his phone and saw lots of messages. especially from hwayoung. he lied to her by saying he's spending time with his family. he doesn't know for how long he can keep this as a secret

[ next monday, in class ]

i had to go to school early today because my dad has a meeting and serim is still asleep.
fyi he finished school with his friends last year but they would always come here to coach for the basketball team

i laid my head on the table with my arms as a pillow. i was about to fall asleep when suddenly a pair of hands stroking my hair
i thought it was minhee so i ignored it

"you smell sweet" at that point i was scared because it wasn't minhee's voice. i quickly lifted my head and it was- wonjin...

"oh..wonjin.what are you doing here? if you're looking for serim he's not coming today" i stated

"actually i was looking for you" he grinned and inched his face closer

"i- i need to go to the toilet" i stood up and waited to get out but he gripped my hand and pulled me back

"what are you doing?!" i slightly shouted. he pounded me to wall. one of his arms on my waist and the other one used to hold both of my hands on my head

"i just wanted to talk to you"

"but i don't. go away or i'll tell serim!"

"oh really?" he smirked

i struggled to get out of his grip but it was useless. he is much stronger. i couldn't do anything and just closed my eyes

and suddenly, my hands were free from his grip. i opened my eyes and he was laying on the floor. he got punched by someone. and that someone is minhee

"how dare you touch her. she's mine" he said seriously

"yours? hahaha. your relationship with her is temporary. one day, she will be mine to keep" he wiped the blood from his lips and left the class

"minhee!" she hugged him tightly, crying in his embrace

"shh it's okay. im here for you" he lifted her chin and brushed her lips with his before softly pressing on it. they pulled away, exhaling

"oh my god get a room please" youngtae whined. turns out, a few of their classmates were watching them from the corridor

"next time i might actually get a room" he winked

"kang minhee!"
