So this is more a sickfic than anything, but enjoy the fluff!

As it turns out, that 'small stomach bug' that Damon had, wasn't as small as it seemed. It was a monstrous stomach flu that had taken over the house, complete with migraines, sore throats, and plenty of throwing up. Which wouldn't have been unbearable, except for one key point. All the boys were terrified of puking.

*24 hours earlier*

"Dean can you please go check on Zac? I'm starting to get cold cloths on all the boys heads." Elijah shouted, apologizing when some of the boys whimpered from the loud noise.

They had quickly realized the boys were all coming down with fevers and moved them all into the living room to deal with them easier. Zac had ran out of the room not even a minute ago, mumbling something about the bathroom.

Dean, who was picking up disregarded tissues and throwing them away looked up and nodded hastily, headed that way. Elijah sighed, he could see how stressed Dean was, and knew he was just as stressed, but their brothers needed help.

As Dean ran up the stairs, he heard retching and cringed to himself. He threw the bathroom door open to find Zac dry heaving over the toilet bowl, tears running down his face. Dean quickly crouched in front of him, grabbing his hand and pushing hair out of his face.

"Hey Z, it's okay bud, you're gonna be just fine." Dean comforted.

Zac just shook his head frantically as he tried to hold back another gag. Dean sighed and shifted so he was sitting behind Zac, one hand rubbing circles over his stomach that he could feel cramping beneath his hand.

"Zac bubs you gotta let it happen. I know you're scared and don't want to throw up, but your body can't take this. It's just trying to get rid of all the bad stuff in your body. Just relax for me bud." Dean coaxed, rubbing his hand gently in circles.

"I'm scared Dee." Zac choked out in a sob, gripping Deans free hand.

"I know buddy, i know. But I wouldn't do anything that's going to be bad for you, and you know that. I need you to let it happen Zay, you'll be okay. And I'll be here the whole time I promise, I'm not gonna go anywhere." Dean promised.

Zac sighed before relaxing his body, leaning into Deans hold. The second eldest propped him over the toilet in response. Seconds later, Zac was finally able to start throwing up, making Dean sigh in relief.

"It's okay buddy, I gotcha, Dee's gotcha." He repeated, still gently rubbing circles over his stomach with one hand and running a hand through his hair with the other.

Zac threw up for five minutes, choking on sobs before he finally fell back into Deans chest.

"Ow." He mumbled out, sniffling.

"You did so great buddy, so great." Dean praised, grabbing toilet paper and wiping his face before flushing it down the toilet.

Zac laid in Deans arms for a few more minutes while Dean hummed to him, before deciding he felt like he wasn't going to throw up anytime soon. He signaled that he was ready to be moved and soon enough he felt himself being picked up bridal style and carried down the stairs. Zac's head fell against Deans chest as they walked, and the boy savored the heat that was radiating off the older boy.

If he was in his right mind, maybe he would've been more concerned by the scolding temperature of his older brothers skin, but he wasn't. He was simply cold and his older brother was hot, and his mind didn't have the energy to think past that. Once he was set down on the couch, he fell into the embrace of Peter, and he didn't have to open his eyes to tell that it was his twin. He simply let his mind float off into the clouds where it belonged.
