*Naval Station Pearl Harbor

*Evan/My POV

It was nighttime once we arrived in Pearl. I disembarked from the HMS Glorious and was about to leave when I heard a voice calling me.

"Fleet Admiral Siegfried!" A familiar voice called out to me. I turned and saw Thea Kreutzer walking towards me.

"Captain Thea Kreutzer. How may I help you?" I asked.

"I...." Thea seemed hesitant to answer.

"Yes?" I asked.

"Nothing." Thea replied.

"See you tomorrow then" I waved at her before going off

*Thea Kreutzer POV

"Wait!" I exclaimed as I watched him leave. There goes my chance of becoming a carrier captain. If I didn't hesitate, he would've at least known about my request.

"Did he accept?" A familiar voice asked and I turned to see Wilhelmina, my vice captain beside me.

"I'm not in love with him!" I protested. "And no. I failed to tell him." I added in. Wilhelmina Giggled in response.

"Don't worry, we'll still be seeing him for a few more weeks more weeks." Wilhelmina assured me. At least Evan is still with us for a few more weeks before he goes back to do his Azur Lane stuff for a week before coming back to us.

"Whatever. Let's prepare for tomorrow's voyage." I suggested
