Hand in hand, you and Doyoung make your way towards your car at the parking lot of your apartment building.
You lift up your hand in front of you
"Doyoung, you seriously did a good job on my nails! who needs professionals when i have you. you should definitely do my nails from now on"
"what? no way! babe it was a one time offer" Doyoung scoffs
You raise your eyebrows at him
"oh really? you never mentioned that, since when?"
You squint your eyes at him as Doyoung tries to avoid eye contact with you
"hey Kim Doyou-"
"OH LOOK! your car. go drive."
Doyoung grabs onto your hand holding your car key and unlocks it before he quickly makes his way to the other side of the car and hops in
"w-what the..." you furrow your brows in confusion and snicker as you get in the driver's seat

It's a very chill atmosphere in the car right now as you're currently driving to the supermarket. Concentrating on the road with some lofi music in the background. All you could think about is getting some food in your belly
"what should we have for dinner?" Doyoung asks as he looks out the window
You think for a few moments before answering him
"hmm... i'm kinda craving some good home comfort food"
"what about kimchi jjigae?"
"oh!? that sounds good" you nod as your face lights up
"ok kimchi jjigae it is"

After finally making it to the store, you start jogging in, feeling happy that you're finally here to get food like a little kid finally being able to grab their favorite candy or go to a toy store.
Doyoung hurries to get a trolley while trying to catch up to you and not lose sight of you because sometimes you get distracted by the food and offers you come across which often leads to you and Doyoung circling around the store trying to look for each other.
Thankfully, it hasn't come to that yet as of yet as you've been sticking with Doyoung, grabbing the ingredients for dinner later and some other items too.
As Doyoung looks at his grocery list on his phone, you suddenly appear from around the corner
"DOYOUNG! big pack of hot cheetos on offer!!"
Doyoung jumps slightly and sighs
"you child"
You snicker and put the snacks into the trolley. You hold onto Doyoung's arm as you guys keep making your way around the store.

As you're walking around, you grab onto Doyoung's arm as he's pushing the trolley and shake him lightly
"ugh i'm so hungry... it probably would've been easier if we just stayed home and ordered takeout or something"
"you don't say"
"hey at least i'm being healthy by cutting down on takeout, right??" hugely smiling at Doyoung through your mask before turning back to the side to look at some items
You're pulled back slightly as Doyoung suddenly stops
"healthy? really Y/N?" Doyoung raises his brows and points towards the too many snacks and food in your trolley
"hey half the shit in there aint even mine it's yours too!!?"
"why do we do this every time?? we need to stop going out for groceries when we're hungry" Doyoung sighs as he starts walking again
You lift your finger up and point back and forth between you and Doyoung
"see? this is why we're a couple. we relate to each other on a hungry level"
"a what now?" Doyoung raises his eyebrow
You let out a long sigh and bury your head on his shoulder
"i need food in my system" you mumble
"babe we both do" Doyoung lets out a laugh and ruffles your hair a bit before taking your hand
