It's been kind of a slow day so far for you and Doyoung.
It's been slow simply because you had a few work calls to make and some work to finish off and you've left Doyoung to keep himself busy since the morning. Doyoung kinda left you by yourself as he didn't want to be a distraction to you as he knows that whenever he's around you, you will never get your work done.
But at last, your work is done for the day.
Coming out from your room, you go up to Doyoung who's currently upside down on the couch seemingly trying to keep himself occupied on his phone. You're surprised he hasn't fallen off the couch yet.
Doyoung notices you and immediately throws his phone across the couch and grins
"why are you upside down?" looking down at him weirdly
"i'm bored"
"you're bored?"
Doyoung nods
You think for a few moments before smiling down at him
"i think i have something you can do"
Moments later, you go back to Doyoung who is now thankfully not upside down anymore. Doyoung sees you fumbling with your pouch and scrunches his eyebrows as you hold up a little bottle in front of his face
"paint my nails for me" you say, grinning at him
Doyoung looks blankly as he looks back and forth between you and the bottle
"what? you said you were bored" you exclaim
"yeah but why nail painting?!" Doyoung whines
"hey! at least i'm giving you something to do plus my nails look naked"
Doyoung raises an eyebrow at you
You drop down on the couch next to him and shake his arm back and forth
"oh come doyoung pleaseeeeee?" pouting at him. You know that he has a soft spot for you when you pout at him and give him puppy eyes
Doyoung sighs in defeat
"ok ok! only because i love you"
"YES!!" you shout as you jump up from the couch
You sit down in front of your couch on the floor in front of your coffee table as Doyoung follows. You give him the small bottle and place one of your hands on the table for him.
As Doyoung opens the top, you see his scrunched up face and laugh
"oh jeez"
"THE SMELL"
"how do you guys stand the smell, seriously"
You laugh even more as Doyoung pinches his nose
"Doyoung it's not that bad, you want me to pinch your nose for you?"
Doyoung shakes his head
"nope. let's just get it over and done with shall we?"

After what seemed like forever, especially for Doyoung finally! Doyoung has finished painting your nails on both hands and you're pretty impressed
"nice job Doyoung wow! ok now you gotta put the top coat on and clean up the edges for me"
For a brief moment, Doyoung looked so relieved until you told him what he needed to do next and groaned in frustration.

A while later, Doyoung is finally finished with everything.
You look at your nails happily and turn to Doyoung to give him a kiss on his cheek
"proud of you" grinning at him
Doyoung shakes his head and smiles when suddenly, you put your feet up in front of him
"now you gotta do my toes too" raising your eyebrows at him
"babe no thank you" Doyoung shoves your feet away from him and gets up from the floor
You dramatically fall on your back, trying not to ruin your nails
"Doyoung come on!! you might as well"
Doyoung rolls his eyes and starts making his way to the bedroom
"babe come on we need to go grocery shopping"
You struggle a bit before finally getting up from the floor and follow him to the bedroom as you frantically start blowing your nails
