Niki looked at her phone ringing with a discord notification about someone wanting to video chat. She knew that in two days, it was going to be a hard day. Niki picked it up,

"Hello?"

Wilbur sighed,

"Hi, Niki,"

Niki glanced around her room,

"What's up?"

Wilbur frowned,

"Anything?"

Niki sighed sadly,

"Will, I would definitely tell you and everyone else if I got actual updates about her...I still don't know where she is,"

Wilbur sighed,

"I know...I just wish I could do something,"

Niki sighed,

"We all do."

Wilbur nodded,

"I just wanted to check, I'm sorry Niki...I am,"

Niki smiled sadly,

"I know you are, I'll talk to you later,"

Wilbur nodded,

"Okay, bye,"

"Bye Will,"

Niki hung up and put her face in her hands and glanced at her computer to see a picture of her and Avon right next to it,

"I wish we were together Ave...especially since it's so close to that day."

Lilly Simmons looked up as she heard her son entering the room,

"How are you doing, Tom?"

Tommy glanced at his mother and sighed,

"I miss her, mom,"

Lilly sighed and hugged Tommy tightly. Lilly smiled sadly at him,

"Avon is a strong girl, Tommy, always remember that,"

Tommy sighed,

"I know...I just miss her. We haven't been able to talk to her in a month...Niki and Karl are the only ones that spoke to her, I think, since she left,"

Lilly frowned and grabbed his hand,

"Don't stress yourself about this Tom, she just needs some more time to heal,"

Tommy looked at his mom tearfully,

"W-We could help her heal though, we could help her!"

Lilly looked at her son in deep sadness and guilt. She put her hands on his shoulder,

"Tom, I know you could help her, she just needs to accept it...she is used to being independent unless it's with Niki. She will come back,"

Tommy sighed sadly,

"How can you be so sure?"

Lilly smiled sadly at him and ruffles his hair,

"Because, that girl loves all you kids. She cares about each and every single one of you,"

Tommy sighed,

"I-I just...I feel so bad that I brought her into all of this...maybe if I didn't dm her after I finished that stream...she wouldn't be in this mess,"
