Avon and Quin headed out early the next day to get to Quin's old house. They drove in complete silence, Quin too worried to talk, and Avon trying to think of how she would confront Quin's mother. Avon stopped right outside the house and Quin took a deep breath. Avon looked at Quin,

"Hey, you sure about this?"

Quin nodded,

"Yeah, I gotta get my stuff, right?"

Avon smiled proudly and nodded,

"Right,"

The two got out and Avon held Quin's hand in reassurance. Avon knocked on the door and an older woman answered and sneered at Quin,

"What are you doing back here?"

Avon immediately tugged Quin behind her and she looked up at Quin's mother,

"Hello, my name is Ace, I am here with Quin to get her things from her room. She will be living with me now,"

Quin's mother glared at Avon,

"And who gave you the right to do so?"

Avon smiled,

"You threw Quin out of your house, I have every single right to take a minor in under my roof. If you disagree I will gladly take you to court,"

Quin's mother nodded,

"Guess I will,"

Quin looked at Avon in pure fear, she didn't want to cause her favorite YouTuber so many problems. Avon smiled gently at Quin and nodded at her mother,

"Okay, well we still need her things until the court date and will continue needing them so if you will please step aside,"

Quin's mother glared at them in pure hatred but stepped aside to let them in.
