|| Itumeleng's Pov ||

I instantly removed myself from Rorisang's lap. The table had gone quiet as everyone was staring at the furious girl. She was beautiful, really beautiful. Her face, for some reason, looked really familiar but I couldn't pinpoint where I had seen her before. "What the fuck? You're the one saying that Rorisang?" She shouted, sounding out of breath. I thought they were exes? Men and lies, I thought to myself.

He was now standing in front of her, shielding us from whatever more she wanted to do. I genuinely didn't have time for this, especially when I really wasn't involved with him. "You need to calm down. I don't know why you're reacting like this," He said and it almost sounded like he was shouting back.

They continued shouting back and forth and after a good minute, I decided it was time for me to leave. I didn't even know the way back home as I didn't even know Mamelodi. All I knew was the fact that I was currently in the west side whilst home was in the east side. I knew the direction I had to go but not exactly how it get home but maybe my nonexistent memory would be able to help me remember the route Rorisang took to get here.

I uttered my goodbyes to the people around the table, making sure I took down Retha's number - it was about time I made some friends here. After I grabbed my purse, I stood and began walking towards the gate. Completely dazed out of my mind, I felt rough hands pulling my weave. My purse went flying in a direction I didn't even know and I felt someone's body on top of mine as I was desperately trying to get up.

"O nagana o mang Wena? O tswanetse Ke go nya vandag!" She shouted, throwing punches I constantly blocked. This definitely wasn't what I signed up for. After Rorisang and a couple of other people pulled her away, I got up with my head in so much pain. I was glad I had decided against the wig idea as this would be so much more embarrassing than it already was. Everything had stopped, everyone was staring.

I felt my eyes getting teary as I looked around. Why was everything so against me? What had I done that was possibly so bad that I deserved all this? "Hey look, I'm really sorry," Rorisang was now in front me. I looked down to see all the dirt that was all over me and I couldn't help but let the tears out. I was tired of fighting. If it wasn't my parent's divorce, it was Palesa and if it wasn't Palesa, it was strangers.

"Take me home," I whispered, now feeling the anger build up. I was way too calm for this, I needed to beat her up - beat the both of them up. They had no right to do this. "Okay but look, the two of us broke up. The two of us broke up and -"
"Shut up!" I shouted. Why was I even sitting on his lap? What the fuck was I thinking? I clearly should have taken his warning a lot more serious.

"Itu ke -" he started but I raised my hand, indicating that I really didn't wanna hear more.
We stood there in silence and after giving him that "I no longer want anything to do with you" look, I walked towards his car. I wasn't about to be walking around looking like the mess I looked like right now.
