"Andrew, you do not have to be afraid and pressured. It is okay if you did not become the next emperor." She tried to reassure him that she will not blame him if he could never become the emperor. She will stay with him even if he is the poorest man in the world! She wants her husband and his undivided love!

"You do not understand, Beatrix! I need to win! I want to become the emperor! I cannot lose to Anders!" He lost his usual cool temper. "Listen to me, Beatrix... I have to do this! You need to trust me!" He coaxed her into supporting him.

"I am sorry, Andrew! I cannot lie to myself! I do not want you to have other women!"

She knew that he is not going to keep his promise anymore and there is nothing she could do anymore as he left her there alone and weeping in her bed. She was forced to accept the truth that another batch of women will enter his harem!

He still treated her above all other women in his harem but she could never fully accept in her heart that every night, he will visit her first and favor her once but after that, he will leave her and visit another woman and stay there! It became worse when he was able to sit on the throne. More women entered the palace and became his women. He still spends more time with her and visits her every night first but will end up in another woman's arms after that. He still whispers words of love to her like "I truly love you", "You are the only one in my heart", "You are my empress now and in the next lives" and other similar sentences that make no sense to her now because the sweet turns into sour, sour turns into salty, salty became bitter in her heart!

She dare not believe in his promises and words anymore! Every time she hears words similar to it from him, she would like to spit on his face, punch him on his face, kick him where it hurts the most and throw him curses and insulting words but she could not! How could the empress, the role model of all women, the mother of the whole empire do something like that? She wants to chop them to pieces and vent her anger but she cannot! She can only smile on the outside and cry alone in her bed! She felt her life is meaningless! She needs to fight other women directly and usually covertly. It was worst when she suffered from three consecutive miscarriages and her last miscarriage resulted in her being unable to get pregnant anymore! She cried so hard when the head imperial physician told her the truth! She will never be a mother anymore! Emperor Andrew solely stayed with her for two weeks after that incident and tried to comfort her but it was never enough!

Andrew, you and your women killed my children! I hate all of you!!!

She thought as her heart turned from red to black! She vowed to avenge herself and her unborn child! When she found out who is the main culprit and the accomplishes of the scheme, she cruelly killed them one by one! She made them taste the most painful and cruel torture methods! She made them die in the most horrifying and strange methods while she is watching and smiling contentedly! She never winced or looked away while seeing those things! It seems that her heart did not exist anymore! She went totally mad and already forgot her humanity!

Their cruel and strange deaths became a sensation in the whole empire due to their special identities so the hunting of the heartless and ruthless murderer began! Emperor Andrew knew about the harem fights but he did not expect that his gentle empress will be crazy and mad enough to kill her enemies and leave behind some evidence. He tried to cover up everything but everything was still traced back to her so he does not have a choice but to give the death penalty. He decreed that she will die through poisoned wine, he cannot bear to hang her or behead her. Even though she is imprisoned awaiting her execution, he arranged for her to be treated as an empress and would not suffer until that day.

Many people became angry when they knew about it and concluded that she is a real femme fatale and her empress position must be taken away but they could not shake the Emperor's will. He insisted that she will pay for her crimes but she will die as his empress and that is final! They could not go against the emperor this time because his position and power is stable now.

A day before her execution, Prince Anders visited her in prison...

"Beatrix, let me help you. How could he treat you like this? He promised that he will love and take care of you but what happened now? If you want, I can get you out of here. I still love you, Beatrix. We could run away and leave all of this behind..." Prince Anders expressed his emotions.
