Dr was treating avni. Anu, vaish, Sm, A's dadi and Sid was waiting outside. Few minutes later. Abhi, harsh, ridham, Sd came with police. Everyone saw them

Inspector: Where is victim?
Sid: She is emergency room
Inspector (nodded): Anyone from her family?
A's dadi: I am her grandmother
Inspector: We need to ask a few questions about this case
A's dadi: Yes

They interrogate her then waited for avni. Some minutes later. Dr came out of her ward and saw police

Dr: Hello Inspector
Inspector: How's the patient?
Dr: She is fine but she need to be on ventilator for an hour or two
Inspector: We need to ask a few questions about this case from victim
Dr: Patient isn't in condition to answer. Patient will be in depression. Already she is having trauma
Inspector: Alright
A's dadi: Can I meet Avneet?
Dr: After 15-20mins. As nurse is treating her wound

A's dadi nodded. Police interrogate Nigam's then went.

Sd: We should inform this to Nandra ji
A's dadi (worried): No! Don't tell him anything now. Once he will be back. I will tell him everything but not now as he has issue of blood pressure
Sd: Okay maa ji. Don't worry. I won't

Few minutes later nurse came out

A's dadi: Can I meet her?
Nurse: Yes. She have to be here for around two hours. So I am giving you all 10mins then only one can be here

Sm: Maa ji only you go. May be she will be uncomfortable or scared with us
Anu: Yaa. Dadi only you and me are going first then we will call others

A's dadi went inside. Anu too went behind her. Inside avni was lying on bed looking at ceiling. A's dadi saw her and sat beside her on stool

A's dadi (smiling): Avni beta
Avni (tearing up, struggling to speak as her mouth is covered): Dadi I didn't anything
A's dadi (wiped her tears and kiss her forehead and eyes): I know mera bacha. I am sorry beta. In morning I behave so bad with you but I was really scared for you. I am sorry. Don't cry beta. Don't

Avni nodded. A's dadi kiss her forehead again. Anu was looking at them from distance. She had tears in eyes.

A's dadi (caressing her hair): You want to eat something?

Avni shook her head

A's dadi: Should I order juice or something?

Avni again shook her head and open her arms. A's dadi quickly hug her but controlled her tears like hell

A's dadi (apart the hug, kissing her hand): Don't ever say to leave us. Me and Aman are living for you only. We don't have anyone other than you

Avni nodded

A's dadi (looking at anu, in cracky voice, controlling her tears): Anu come, sit with avu. Come

Anu quickly wiped her tears and went to avni. She sat beside her. A's dadi went out

Vaish (saw a's dadi): Dadi Avneet is fine?
A's dadi (joining her hands): Thank you for helping us on such difficult time. If we have lost Avneet. I don't know how me and aman would have live. Thank you

She broke down. Parents are orthodox or open minded but they get scared to death imagining their child is leaving. Parents are always possessive about their children. Specifically orthodox parents. They believe on superstition as they think it helps in child's safety and happiness. They don't enjoy seeing child suffering from something

Sid (held her hand): No need of Thanks. We didn't did for you Thank you
A's dadi (hugging him): Keep my Avneet safe and happy please
Sid (hug her back): I will. I promise. I will

Sid looked at Sm. She smiled at him. Nurse came

Nurse: Please you all go now. One person can stay here till patient gets discharge
Harsh: Yaa. We are leaving

Nurse nodded

Vaish: Mom, dad, abhi you all go. I will stay here. Mom take dadi at home for rest
A's dadi: No! I will stay here. You all go
Sm: Maa ji you need rest. So you shouldn't stay here
Sid (nervous): You all go. I will stay here. Once she will get discharge I will call you bhai then you drop dadi and I will drop Avneet
Sd: Yaa. That's perfect. Even sid and Avneet will get chance to know about each other
A's dadi: Okay!
Ridham: Sid send anu

Sid nodded and went inside. He saw anuneet giggling

Sid: Bhabhi, Ridham bhai is waiting for you
Anu: Bye avu. I have to go now but I will meet you soon
Avni: Bye di

Anu kissed avni's forehead and left
