She misses them and they miss her.
It's hard keeping in contact with someone who lives halfway across the world.
They spent seven months apart, now reunited will everything be like how it was before?
Hormones are raging and more new rivalries emerge...

The emotions were starting to flood through. I was actually going to a school across the other side of the fucking world, and not only that but I was also doing it with my best friend.
We were currently 18-hours into our 22-hour flight and River was currently sleeping, snoring away gently. I, a resident movie buff was onto my sixth movie of the flight.
I flicked across the options until I came across 'Dead poets Society' one of my all-time favorite films. Knowing I didn't want to cry on this plane I was going to make sure that I finished the movie just after the curtains closed at Neil's play.

The final hours of our flight were over and boy was I tired. We weren't even off the plane yet and the jet lag was setting in, we left Melbourne at noon on the 30th of August and arrived in Minnesota at 10:00 pm on the 30th of August.
Time zones are so fucking confusing.
"I feel like shit," River said before rubbing her eyes.
"You feel like shit? At least you got to sleep"
"Wow so sorry Aussie"She said sarcastically
"Hey hey let's remember who the real enemy is here"
River looked at me confused.
"The sun and the times it decided to rise" I finish.
She chuckled.
"Come on fuck wit baggage pick up awaits"
-
I had four false alarms until I finally picked up the right bag, who knew so many people could have such similar-looking bags?
I was still waiting for half of my stuff to be shipped over here, so for the next few days, I was to be living in the same two oversized jumpers.
Fun.
Once River and I finished getting our bags we made our way out the front of the airport to get picked up by a driver.
As I was walking through the airport chatting away with River a sense of déjà vu hit me, not long ago I was walking through this airport to get picked up by...
"RON!?"I yell.
Not much further ahead stood Ron holding a small sign with our names printed on it.
"Well if it isn't Miss Elyse Brondayle, and you must be River Knox," He says.
River nods.
"Who would of bloody thought I would see you again!"I say.
"Well, there isn't many driver companies around Minnesota so quite a high chance actually" He replies.
I chuckle, the déjà vu was in full swing now.
"But in all honestly when I heard you were coming I requested to be the one driving you"
"Awww thanks Ron"
He chuckles.
"Well we better get going, you have a big day tomorrow and need to get some rest," He says.
And with that, he picked up our bags and began to walk us to the car. Just one day until I have reunited with the team again, I am both excited and nervous.
A/N Sorry all I'm being that annoying birch who doesn't update regularly. Promise I will begin to update regularly after my exams finish :)
