LISA POV
2 WEEKS LATER
It was September 1st, Timothy's birthday. He texted me that he was celebrating it at his parent's place. His mom wanted him to show him something. The 4-hour long drive was far, but, finally, I was back home for the moment and parked in front of his parent's driveway. I grabbed his present and walked up the steps, and knocked on the door.
*KNOCK KNOCK*
*door opens*
"Lisa, darling," his mom said. "You made it."
"Hi," I greeted her, giving her a hug.
"How are you," she asked me.
"I'm good," I replied.
"Come in; we were about to start dinner," she said, bringing me in.
When I got in, I was greeted by his dad, who was sitting already.
"Hi Lisa," he said.
"Hi," I waved back.
And Timothy, who got up and hugged me, lifting me up into the air.
"Babe," he said
"Ahh, Timothy," I giggled.
After finally bringing me down, we kissed. Oh, I missed this feeling; you know his presence and love. It felt good to finally see you again.
"When was the last time I saw you," he asked.
"2 months ago," I replied.
"That's a while ago," Timothy sounded shocked. "How's it going in Youngrowe," he asked.
"The cafe is doing great, I said.
"Are the workers okay?"
"Well, they have their slip-ups, but they are fun people to be around with, and besides, I have Jisoo as my wing-man or wing-woman," I said.
*shows present*
"I umm.... got you a little something," I said.
Timothy grabbed the present.
"Aww, Lisa," he hugged me again. "Thank you."
"You're welcome, babe," I replied.
"Come on, you too, the food isn't going to go away," Timothy's mom yelled in the dining room.
"Coming, mom," Timothy said. "I'll open it later; let's eat; you must be starving.
"Yeah, I am," I replied.
Once I followed Timothy to the dining room, the 4 of us began eating.
