45 minutes before
I flew to the cemetery to talk to Martha, but kryptonite bullets shot me down; I wake up, I was not in Smallville anymore. I hear screaming. I try and regain sight.
"Great, red sun," I say
"Yes, great indeed," A voice said from the shadows
"What do you want, Lex?" I ask
"Now, is that any way to treat your hero," he says, coming out of the shadows.
" He- I swear to god you better hope I don't get out of here; I will kill you slowly, and painfully and it will be very, very bloody. You killed my mom and dad!" I shout,
"tsk tsk tsk, young lady. I think you mean adoptive mother and father, and I was so close to killing, I believe her name was...Lois? Yes Lois Lane," He says, "And besides if you kill me, everyone here has one particular job, can you guess what it is?" he asks me,
The room across from me lit up. Next to him was a guy in the same dentist-looking chairs me and Conner were in, "Jonathan!" I yell,
"So, if you killed me..." he bends down and whispers in my ear, "they kill him," he says
"Screw you," I say, trying to get out of my chair; he walks around me and pulls up a chair.
"Now you have two options, come work for me again, with a few minor changes, " he says
"You're joking, right. You are a fricking psychopath!" I yell; he uses his right hand and grabs my cheeks, and glares at me.
"You better think again, or you won't like what will happen next," he says. I try and move my head; then he punches me in the face. I spit out blood; I need to get out of this red sun, now! He goes behind me again, and he grabs my head and centers it to look at Jon.
"Do it, or you will never see your little boyfriend alive ever again," he says, "I look at him.
"No," I say; there has to be another way. Lex must've given a signal because seconds after I said no, I watched Jon scream in pain as people started to cut him; he was all bloody and looked tired.
"Stop, please, stop," I say
"Then work with me, together we can be unstoppable," he said
"You are a lunatic, you know that you are...insane, listen to me and listen to me carefully, I will never join your gang of crazy, idiotic people who love to hurt people for the fun of it," I say
"Oh what the hell, by force it is," he says
"What-" then he knocks me out from behind,
I felt like I was moving all of a sudden I felt moving, then it stopped, I couldn't see anything it was so blurry, I could only see a hot red light, I felt a sharp cut at the back of my neck, and there was instead something that hurt like a bitch, I scream in pain,
"Sir, she's starting to wake up," someone said,
"Well, put her back to sleep, damn it," a familiar voice said, then everything went back to being hazy and blurry.
I woke up.
"What is your name soldier," Lex asks
"K/n," I say
"Remember, k/n, act like you don't know where Jon is, then when he does appear, act surprised..." We continue to talk about the plan,
"Ya, ya, ya I get it, make amends, report back to you hourly, talk about how Jonathan and I are in a relationship, then turn on them, yes I get it," I say then Jon appears, "Oh, Jonathan my saviour," he chuckles.
"You forget about Conner. Make sure you bring him to me, at any cost," he says
"Okay, by the times you fly back to the cemetery, I'd be about a little more past halfway by then, correct? Then when you arrive at the house, I'll be 5 minutes out?" Jon asks; I nod
"Let's do this," I say
"Oh, and k/n. Don't double-cross me again," he shakes a grey remote in his face. I gulp
"Ye-yes, sir," I say, then fly to the cemetery where Conner finds me.
Present
We arrived back at the house; Lois greets me with a hug.
"Are you still mad at me?" she asks. I hug her back
"Of course not, "I'm sorry I overreacted; I was just worried," I say as we break from the hug
"No, you didn't. I understand why you were angry; you can't lose anyone else today," she says. I nod
"Where were you?" Lois asked
"I was at the cemetery; I just needed to talk to Martha," I say. Jon comes walking in all eyes were on him, he takes his earbuds out,
"What?" he asks
"Where were you, Jon!" Lois and I say at the same time
"Whoa, relax. I was going for a walk," he says
"For an hour?" Lois asks; I look at him, worried
"Okay, the truth is..." I glare at him. "I just really need to clear my head from all this craziness," he said
"Oh, honey. I'm so sorry you feel that way; you would have just told me," Lois says. He nods. Then he looks at me.
"Where were you?" Jon asks
"Cemetery," I say
"Why?" he asks
"None of your business, blondie," I say
"Blondie? Still mad at me?" He asks, a smile placed on my lips.
"Of course not," I say, pulling him into a hug. I feel my feet leave the ground,
"Put me down," I say, trying to push away
"Never," he replies
"Fine, two can play at that game," I say. I fly up a little and carrying, I whisper in his ear "<Kiss me when we go back down>," I say, he nods.
"Okay, okay. Let me down," he says, getting back into character. I chuckle, then I let him down.
He kisses me as I said on the lips, I smile, we then look at everyone who was staring.
"Since when?!" Lois asks in shock
"What?!" Clark says all happily
"What!" Jordan says he sounded mad and surprised
"Say what now?" Conner says with a smile on his face
"It was a recent thing," I say
Jordan just stared at us
"You okay, bro?" Jon asks
"Mmh," he says, he looked like he was ready to kill
"Oh well, congrats," Clark said
Thanks, it means a lot," Jon said
"You know what we should do," Conner says. We all look at him. "A family dinner," We all agree.
I go to the washroom. "Sir, come in. Are you there over," I say
"Mission report, soldier," the boss asks
"They suspect nothing," I reply
"Great job...k/n," I then head back to the kitchen.
