Stellar University, huh? I didn't really know why I chose to attend this one, out of countless other options, including multiple Ivy Leagues. I was used to the fast paced life nowadays. By the time I was a sophomore in high school, I already had multiple offers from top swim and tennis teams. I never really liked tennis whatsoever, but it looked good on a college resume, so I did it. After a few years, I finally figured out that the only way to keep up with the pace of my own life was through cutting off my emotions, and using logic instead. This is what separates me from most people. I usually do a good job of hiding it, but sometimes when I slip up, I scare people because of how cold and calculating I can be. Once, I remember after another guy had tried to insult me, I turned his life into a living hell, both physically and emotionally. If there was one thing I couldn't accept, it was being-

YADADADADADA WE GET IT MOVE ON ALREADY WITH THE MONOLOGUE.

lol, this part sucks after rereading it

I was walking toward my supposed dorm room, quite a while later than I was supposed to be. I was wondering what it would look like, and if it would be ok, when I saw the giant spaces for each dorm. Each was exquisite and detailed, aligned to perfection. I stopped at the 1st door after staring at the other dorms through the windows. I could see a few people around, but none in my dorm as of yet. I walked in. It was even better than It looked. The floor and the whole part of  my dorm was themed of fire and lava. Honestly, put simply, it was absurd. I began offhandedly calculating the cost of this and taking mental notes of things I liked. I finally saw another person working on something on a computer, if you would call it that. There was a triple monitor setup, with multiple custom built gaming pc's and a sound system to kill for.

"Damn, man, what's the processor that can handle all this?" I asked before anything else

"Damn, man, what's the processor that can handle all this?" I asked before anything else.

"Ryzen 9, though I don't really game that much since I prefer to work." he said, turning toward me.

I continued, "I wouldn't mind having a setup like that."

He stared at me blankly. "You kinda do."

He then pointed toward another setup in the corner, and it looked like there were 3 in total.

"The college put these here, not me." he added.

I was a little bit shocked, even though I was well-off, I never thought that the university could have so much money to throw around.
