Chapter 37.

You: That's it... I don't want to hurt you, but at the same time I want to kill you malachite. But, you leave me no choice.

You took a deep breath and closed your eyes. You concentrated at the center of your gem using your most powerful ability once and for all, umbrakinesis. You activated your gem powers and your eyes became diamond eyes. Malachite was startled by you and quickly charged at you. Malachite quickly come after you and used water to form ice at her hands and punches you. Malachite thought that she stopped you from doing dangerous but it was too late. A giant black hand blocked Malachite's punch and the arm crunched malachite's arm destroying the ice, another arm appeared and punched malachite blowing her away. You have used your powers to create a half body giant black creature. The creature now did a huge roar scaring everyone.

You: I call this one a susanoo.

{You decide what does your susanoo look like, but it is colored black}

Malachite: Hahahaha!! What is that even supposed to be? Your shadow clone? You brought shame to black diamond and to his powers, what an impulsive disappointment.

You: I know you're there lapis! Please unfuse with her!

Malachite (lapis): I don't know if I can-!!

Malachite shakes her head.

Malachite (jasper): Don't get in the way you runt! It's just him and me.

Malachite summons her helmet and does a comet charge at you, you blocked it and you are now sweating from the strength you are being put to. You throw Malachite in the air and malachite summons her wings to fly but you summoned a giant sword instantly swinging it at malachite and crashes malachite to the see. Malachite grumbles and she felt her feet was being drag by giant tentacles. You grabbed her feets. You screamed as loud as you can and you lift malachite and smashed her to the sea very brutal, causing a huge tsunami. You are gonna poof her by summoning a giant ball of shadow with spikes.

Malachite (lapis): (weakly*) Y/N please, stop this

You hesitated but jasper saw this as an advantage. Malachite growled and formed a lot of water chain at your body, you couldn't move and malachite did a lot of comet charge at you and you are starting to get weak. Malachite now formed another comet charge but this time she was covered by armoured ice. You get hit by it and your susanoo was shattered, you burst outside of your susanoo being beat up and has a lot of scars at your face and body. You are extremely tired and hurt and lapis saw this and became really angry.

alachite: Grraaahhh!!

Malachite was being imprisoned again and jasper was fighting against it. Malachite retaliates back at the Watermelon Stevens, causing all of them to splatter, leaving only Steven and Melon Mutt.

Malachite (jasper): Why do you care so much on that human?!

Malachite (lapis): You wouldn't understand!!

Lapis and jasper starts to fight for dominance in their fusion. Jasper dominates lapis for a while, Malachite being controlled by jasper,  then prepares to stomp on Steven, when Sugilite's flail wraps around her and smacks her in the face.

Alexandrite: HEY! Don't forget about me!

Alexandrite pulls Malachite in and delivers a powerful punch to her stomach. Alexandrite then smacks Malachite with Sardonyx's hammer, launching her into the air. Malachite steadies herself high in the air with her water wings and grunts. She then gasps in shock as she see Alexandrite aiming at her with Opal's bow and arrow.

Alexandrite: You two should spend some time apart.

Alexandrite fires the arrow, which turns into a shape of Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl holding hands, and it pierces right through Malachite. Malachite begins to inflate and explodes. Steven and the other Watermelon Stevens cheer in victory, while Jasper and Lapis, now defused, fall from the sky. Alexandrite catches both Jasper and Lapis, walks ontto the beach and collapses to her knees in exhaustion. She now went after you, alexandrite founds you floating at the ocean. She picks you up and puts you besides lapis.

You: (struggling*) La-Lapis..

You passed down and alexandrite groans as she begins to unfuse, separating back in Garnet, Pearl, and Amethyst. Pearl starts laughing in relief when a concerned Garnet checks on Amethyst.

Amethyst: Eurgh... I'm alive.

Steven runs up to hug Pearl

Pearl: Steven? Is that you in there?

Steven: nods

Garnet: Thank you. We couldn't have done it without your help.

Amethyst: Good job, melon head.

Garnet: Thank you. All of you. You are truly brave.

All the Watermelon Stevens blush and grunt happily. Everyone then starts laughing together in joy, when another tremor occurs, causing an earthquake that splits the island into two. Amethyst manages to grab onto You and Lapis in time, while Jasper slides into the fissure after Pearl fails to grab her. The Watermelon Stevens shiver in fear, frozen on the spot, while Melon Mutt barks profusely at the Crystal Gems.

Garnet: It must be the Cluster. Peridot was right. Steven, it's up to you. The warp was destroyed. We won't make it back in time. Wake up, get Peridot and start drilling.

Steven clings onto Garnet's leg and shakes his head. Garnet then grabs his face and glares at him.

Garnet: The Earth needs you, Steven. We'll be fine. You can do this. We believe in you.

Amethyst and Pearl join Garnet's side to reassure Steven. Steven then nods and closes his eyes, as he begins to leave the Watermelon Steven body.

Amethyst: You got this, dude. You know the drill.

Pearl: Be careful, Steven. Watch each other's backs.

Steven's connection fades

Garnet: And, Steven... We love you.
